The staff here are friendly and extremely helpful. I was submitting a document nearby and was told my copy was too poor quality to be accepted. They suggested I head over to Atlantic Blue Print, and I'm so glad I did!

The good news is that they have a parking lot. It goes down from there. The problem is Optimum. Optimum just wants to sign new customers. Weak support after that. I had a failed Optimum router. Optimum does not allow the center exchange, troubleshoot, or do any other assistance other than setup a service visit with one of there outsourced contractors. Can do the same over the phone.

I love this company! I had a crazy project (14ftx18ft poster) that I needed to get done for a meeting in New York for my team and Mike worked with me throughout the entire process. Horrible quality and customer service! I had business cards printed there. They were three days late, printed on the wrong color paper, cut sloppy, I was charged the incorrect amount on the invoice (they adjusted in when I pointed it out), and they lost my flash drive with all the images. They could not be more incompetent. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU NEED A PROFESSIONAL-LOOKING PRODUCT!
