I couldn't be happier with this business! I was in desperate need for ink/toner for a reasonable price. Not only did I get it delivered same day, the owner was super helpful and professional! The prices can't be beat and the service was exceptional. This is my new go to place for ink/toner from here on out!

I was in desperate need of a toner cartridge. I own a very busy floral company and our backup cartridge was the wrong size! I called at ten minutes to six, confirmed they had it and expalined the situation. The woman I spoke with waited for me to get there. Luckily traffic was on my side, but she still kept it open for around fifteen minutes so i could get my cartridge. They now have a customer for life!

Excellent service.great prices.and even free delivery.was very helpful in non related cartridge problem. I had a lizard in my house and I'm stuck outside my house I'm scared of them and the guy that dropped off my cartridge was excellent and grabbed the live lizard and brought it outside the house you're the best. I have been buying ink from them for about 5 years now and I am always impressed with their service, friendliness, and generous cartridge return policy. I buy ink one cartridge at a time for my laser printer and their turn around service is easy and does not disrupt my work productivity. If you are in San Diego County I highly recommend using their services for your printer ink needs.

The owner here is so nice and they have a great products! I also bring my old empty cartridges to be recycled there. I recommend this place!

I found this place online in mid 2018. I wanted to have more affordable ink. I had a HP 8710 that is a good printer, but I was wary of HP's firmware updates. When the firmware update actually happened, Cartridge Warehouse replaced all the cartridges that the firmware invalidated, and got the printer running again. I am very happy with Cartridge Warehouse and their service. I'd recommend them to anyone, and I wish them success.

Extremely helpful and reasonable prices. Not only do they set us up with all of our ink and toner needs on quick turnaround; but they've come to our office to replace a thermal fuser that got our laser performing superbly. Great customer service, accessible, low price point for delivery. Very knowledgeable. A great vendor to have as a resource for a small business like mine.

Can't say enough good things about Cartridge Warehouse and it's owner. Don't waste your time and money at the chain stores when you've got local support like this. The prices are as good or better, and the service is infinitely better.

This place is great. I've gone looking for an arcane variety of cartridges over time and they have had every one in stock. Proprietor is congenial and very personable. Cost is roughly 25% of new cartridges, and I have yet to get one that doesn't work as advertised.

I have been buying laser printer cartridges from Joe at Cartridge Warehouse of San Diego for over 3 years now. The product always works perfectly and Joe's customer service is worth more than 5 STARS! As a small business, I am glad that I found this place!

I needed to purchase an All-in-One Printer-Copier-Scanner and a fellow attorney recommended Joe with Cartridge Warehouse. I was a little worried because I thought a place that makes money off selling me toner and servicing my printer would recommend a printer that would require me to buy toner and need repair often. However, I just got off the phone with Joe (the owner) and I believe him to be honest.

He was up-front about how the money is made in the purchase of toner and repair, etc. So the fact he was open and honest about that was refreshing. After Joe asked me some questions about my business and how I would be using my all-in-one. he said he would basically act as my personal-shopper and would go on-line and research the choices available for me, that are the most dependable, have the lowest per-page costs, and then email me links to those sellers (i.e. - Costco. Best-buy. Walmart. wherever).

So now he's doing his research and will email me my choices soon. The attorney in my office that recommended Joe had great things to say about how Joe goes above and beyond to help her. If you're looking for a place in San Diego that does printer repair and sells printer toner or ink. so far, I'd recommend Joe with Cartridge Warehouse. I promise if anything changes going forward I will update this Post. But so-far. he deserves all 5-Stars.
