I've been waiting for my business cards for well over 2 months. I can't get someone on the phone and emails are almost non existent. My business depends on this and it's extremely frustrating. "In this pandemic where business is slow, I need every client I can keep. I just lost a client thanks to ClubFlyers" Ive been using clubflyers since 2010, they have the best prices around. But its been a week since my client was supposed to receive their flyers and no package yet! I called to try and resolve the issue and was told I have to wait another 2-3 days to see what is the status on the package.
So its been almost 2 weeks and my client hasn't received their flyers. Emailed Sergio and still waiting on his reply, spoke to Emmanuel at customer service and he told me " If the client can understand than I dont need a client like that" Its amazing I was able to: write this review, cook lunch, do laundry and im still on hold! Literally loosing money that I could of fed my fam with! No longer using clubflyers!

Super unprofessional! They didn't even inform us they had a press issue and couldn't provide the job in the 3 days turnaround we requested. We can understand that things happen, but at least inform your customers. We found out when we called them. We had to cancel the order, since it wouldn't be ready before the next following week. If you need printing jobs in a rush and if you are in the Miami area, better to work with SOBE EXPRESS! They helped us with our order and they can print with a 24 hours turnaround!

So they are my go to for printing flyers. I know most people associate them with club flyers but they offer so many more options than just flyers. They are very reliable and offer fast service. I did have a mistake with an order recently but they were extremely helpful and prompt with reshipping my order. I highly recommend!

These people are great! Not only are they super friendly and helpful but their prices are unbeatable. I was in tremendo traffic jam heading to pick up my order when Sergio answered the phone and even brought my order to the front so that I could avoid more delays during my rush hour commute. My cards are nice, shiny and printed on high quality cardstock.

We placed order for a business cards and paid extra for a 3 day pick up, placed order January 23rd and never receive any email notification that the items are ready for pick up. Called Club flyers January 31st and spoke to Stefano, after he checked the order number he told me that " we sent you email yesterday and we were just behind 1 day". I told him we paid extra for the 3 day pick up because we needed it, I told him because we did not get the item as scheduled it is just fair that Club flyers should refund the extra fee we paid.he told me "My manager is not around I have to wait for him and see what we can do for you.
I will call you back as soon as he comes in. I waited the whole day NO CALL from Stefano. Because we needed the items my boss decided to pick up the card in their office in Miami and to his dismay when he check the card the sides are not properly cut. Very disappointed they used to be very good with pick up schedule and deliver top quality business cards. Too bad they will loose our company's business!

Awesome Experience each time I have flyers printed! Flyers shipped as promised and both times, they got here a day earlier than scheduled! Customer service ANSWERS the phone on the 3rd ring or before - that is GREAT in this day and age of press-1, press-2, press to leave a message, well, you know, so it is very refreshing to be able to talk to someone when you need something. I can't count how many years I have been using clubflyers. I have ordered business card, postcards(flyers), brochures and even stickers. Quality is always top notch and you cant beat the prices they offer for the exception quality. Their site and service serves customers with no design experience up to professionals. If you are a small business, think twice before dealing with ClubFlyers / ClubFlyers.com. We have been struggling for weeks to get our refund. The flyers we received did not match the PDF proof and were THE WRONG SIZE. Our flyers was sloppily cut and ruined with random printing from a completely different order on the margins. I have yet to receive a straight answer from ClubFlyers about our refund.
They offered to have the flyers shipped back to recut the flyers and remove the defective margins, but we have already ordered replacement flyers from a different printing company because we no longer trust the quality or integrity of ClubFlyers' services. We can't wait for them to fix what should have been done right the first time. Since we already ordered replacement flyers from another company, we want a refund. I've sent repeated email requests asking about our refund and all I get is static. I started this order in October. I can't believe I'm still dealing with it.

Meh, I've experienced better is kind of an understatement. I've worked with print shops of this type (quick turnaround, UV only for rush, high order volume) and none of them have been as unclear as this. First off, their "24-hour turnaround" is NOT guaranteed 24 hours. My artwork was in before their office opened (10am) and not ready until 6pm the next day.
If the name of the service in the turnaround schedule said "next day" and not "24 hour" that'd be acceptable, but 24 hours 32 hours. Second, their system does not save an item or cart through the crossover from guest to logged in, so you have to go through the actions of rebuilding the cart again once logged in because it's wiped clean. Third, and directly following the logging in part, when rebuilding a cart and adding new items, they default to adding their logo to all artwork, and it must be opted out of (for $10 more), so if you're frustrated at having to rebuild a cart after logging in and moving through the process quickly, it's easy to overlook--also extremely tacky and a very sly business move, that while not completely unheard of in this sect of the printing industry is still a bit on the lame side. All-in-all, I'll never go back, which is a total shame because they're local and my day job (not what I was printing this order for) could send a decent bit of business their way.
And to be completely honest, I wouldn't have bothered posting this to yelp if it wasn't for their marketing material asking for yelp reviews that was placed in all 3 of my orders.

I've made roughly 100 or so orders and have never had a single problem. We switched to Clubflyers when a competitor printed the wrong quantity of postcards and refused to correct or refund. Today, we received our 101st order and our 1st problem. Our banner was shipped to the wrong address (albeit on time and I'm sure it was beautiful). I called and inquired and they apologized and without missing a beat reprinted and overnighted a new one so that we would have it for our event. I deal with hundreds of vendors like this and have done so for nearly 22 years and this is the best service I've ever received anywhere.

I ordered my baby shower invites from Clubflyers on a friend's recommendation and was so pleasantly surprised! I was a bit wary after reading a few of the older reviews but I have to say I never experienced any of the things the older reviews mentioned. It was a quick turnaround and I was able to mail out my invites right on time. They were really helpful with the design.
I was happy that it all came out so nice. Communication could have been an issue since I'm in Naples and they are in Miami but it was smooth sailing and they were very responsive. I would definitely recommend Clubflyers and will use them again in the future.

I used clubflyers for EDDM printing and they were very knowledgeable and helped me through all the right decisions for my business needs. They knew everything about the mailing and the design process and it was easy to send out my first mailers with their help. I will absolutely use them again. Tl;DR - Clubflyers.com is unprofessional, has terrible customer support and delivers a low quality product. I've used ClubFlyers since the 90s. I put up with several years of mediocre printing and horrible customer service because back then, there weren't many options and they were super inexpensive, but I eventually gave up and switched to one of their competitors.
This past month, I came back because they emailed me a sale, and it had been a few years and I was hopeful they had improved. I ordered 500 postcards. When they arrived, the color was way off - the reds were pink. All the other colors matched, but not the reds. The cut was shoddy. The material was cheap - they advertised heavy stock, but it was flimsy and unimpressive.
But worse? They snuck an advertisement for their company on the actual flyer! Right there on the side, in tiny letters, it says "clubflyers.com"! I'm aware that they offer a cheaper price if you allow them to place their URL on your prints, but I specifically chose the more expensive option to avoid them advertising on my company flyer! And yet, somehow, they still managed to get their URL on there. I'm not even going to waste my time trying to get that $30 refunded.
It looks like they're just as terrible as they've always been and I don't feel like dealing with their unfriendly, unhelpful support staff. Steer clear. These days, there are TONS of other printing companies who actually want long term clients and will still give you a reasonable cost.

Boy am I glad I came on here and started reading the reviews, especially about their shipping problem to wrong addresses. Guess I am far from the only one this is happening to! Beware when you start an order it automatically charges you and autofills out your billing address as your shipping address. You need to then go back into your account and finish the order after your card has been charged, which is backwards.
They are saying it stamps your with your billing address as your shipping address even before you finish completing your order on your end. Once you go in and upload your artwork, change your ship to address.you think everything is all set. It is not! They cannot see on their end that you've updated your shipping information. As a customer who uses many online printing companies, they have it completely wrong.
The customer should be aware that what we are seeing is incorrect and somewhere on their site we should be made aware that we need to call them in order to update the shipping info in order that they can see it's correct and updated on their own site. I've discussed this with their customer service, with their managers and even with their managers manager.
