Grace did very high-quality work really, really fast. They finished our jobs even before the promised time. Attention to detail was outstanding. From the salesforce to the proofers to the people on the loading dock, they were professional, helpful and friendly. A truly excellent print shop.

I have several friends that have used services from Grace Printing and had the chance to pick up their orders from the site at 8130 St. Louis in Skokie, since it was conveniently located near my job, I have ALWAYS been greeted with a smile and great customer service even before they knew what I was doing there. Once I inform them of my visit, I am ALWAYS offered a seat and something to drink while they locate the employee assisting me.

Never had I experienced a wait longer than 5 minutes and even the guys in the warehouse were awesome making sure that they were giving me the correct and complete orders when loading my vehicle. All of the boxes displayed a actual print on the outside so you knew what you were getting before you left. I am actually excited about ordering my first personal purchase for my daughters new business event because everyone else has been satisfied that I experienced.

They have done a really good job with anything I bring them. It was affordable pricing, and at fast speed. Thanks Titus for all of your help. Had a little trouble finding the location, but all in all, it was a good experience.

I worked with Titus and the team when I lived in Chicago. Today as I was working with printers in my new hometown I wanted to take the time to let the world know how WONDERFUL Grace Printing is. I never asked for anything that they couldn't deliver. One time I asked for a quote on a book and gave them the wrong dimensions (it would have been a HUGE book!). They told me they did not print such huge books but they went out of their way and found another print shop that did and asked for a quote on my behalf. I tried 2-3 other shops throughout the years, but none offered what "Grace Printing" did, in term of low pricing, quality, timeliness, and courtesy. Highly recommendable!

We order all our advertising materials from Grace Printing and Mailing, Every time smooth transition, They mail it to all our customers with minimum charge, no hassle to us, Staff know what they are doing, Polite, informative and courteous. We worked with Raven Guerrero most of the time but everybody else in the office are Helpful. definitely recommend to other business and friends.

My wedding booklets were in excellent condition and great design. Very easy to work with. Would highly recommend!

The workmanship is not consistent. Ended up cancelling services with them and doing it ourselves properly.

Below is what I posted 5 years ago and this morning they came back with a response that has pretty much nothing to do with my point. I was just thinking this past week of removing this review since it has been so long and surely, things must have changed. Meeting a family member (who seems extremely professional and bright) of this company was also convincing me to do the same.

But this poor response has convinced me to keep the review in place. ------------------------------------------ Stay away at all cost! Terrible customer service! I feel for this place because of cheap prices. They took 24 hours to get back on pricing for a job that had a next day deadline. Another 24 hours later (and 30 mins before pickup time!) they finally looked at the job.

When I went to collect, the prints looked really bad and blurry. They told me the file was bad. They had 48 hours to check this! I had printed the exact same file on my printer before I emailed them. I don't know what other due diligence someone can do before emailing a file. I was now 2 days late on my deadline. I requested them to please ship the papers for me.

They told me a 200 page job was not worth their time and they wouldn't spend even $5 on shipping for it. All of this could have been avoided if they had checked just once to make sure the file was printing correctly on their printer. A month ago, we had an equally terrible experience with them and I decided to give them one more chance. Dumb decision!
