Screen came back far too big and incredibly pixelated. Asked to be called if anything was off as that can happen, and haven't heard from them at all even after complaining. Awful service, use someone else.

Purchased an ink from their store that wouldn't even pass through my screen it was so thick. It took me house to clean. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I have been purchasing supplies from Holden Screen for over 20 years off and on. According to their website, they stocked screen wash & ink degradent. I took the train from Brooklyn to canal street to purchase both these much needed items. The sons of you know what did not have the items listed on their website that I needed. No wonder online purchasing is the wave. Shame on you Holden Screen Supply. I will not do any business with you again. I tried to remove the stars.

Wow, the woman who picked up the phone was SO rude! I said I needed very fine print and I told her in millimeters. She was very impatient and said, "What millimeters? We go by inches." I know this is America and the only civilized country on earth that hasn't gone metric, but if you have any customer services skills, you will pick up a ruler and look. Is this the normal tone New Yorkers use?

Holdens screen supply are Great, their professionalism is good. Their work is on point. Jeff and Lillian are Phenomenal, they are very knowledgeable and are willing to explain or answer questions. Thanks guys for All of your assistance.

Appalling service. I don't recall any saleswoman as rude and ignorant as the woman they have at Holden's. She is obviously on a mission to destroy their customer base. She excels at that, while finding the time to gossip on the phone with family and friends.

Fantastic silkscreen supply company. I've had a dozen screens burned by them and the images are perfect and they are very easy to work with.
