I want to give a shout out to Joe from maintenance and Jessica from the office for their prompt response to an upsetting situation. We have a ton of water fowl here at Rosemont, and they are a welcomed addition to the community. But today, unfortunately, an irresponsible driver mowed down 3 out of 4 ducklings traveling home with their momma. I called the office and they were on it. Jessica let Joe know and he was here immediately to remove these poor babies so the mom would stop looking to retrieve them!
I then got a follow up phone call from Jessica to check how I was and apologize that I had to witness something so horrible. This community, residents and employees alike, as a whole are very involved, compassionate and helpful! Joe even has helped me unload all my boxes after moving in at the recycling dumpster! Thanks Joe!
