I was excited to work with this small printing company, but it really has a corporate feel of process. I requested a quote for 100 duplex copies on 80lb paper on a Wednesday night, and I received a PDF quote the following afternoon saying it would be over $100 and take 2-3 business days. I didn't get my prints from Raven, so I don't speak to their quality, as I didn't make it that far. Instead, I used an incredible local printer that turned my project around in less than 12 hours for half the cost, and they did a fantastic job.

Very disappointed in this company, we had a deadline on a project was told they could do it. Discussed details of project thinking it would be finished. A week before event thinking I would go pick it up. No response! I reached out to both contacts at Raven and didn't received a response or call back.

Called for help with a car magnet. Lisa was very nice and recommended a decal instead of a magnet. Thanks to her recommendation I completely changed my idea for the better! Unfortunately, when she emailed me quotes it wasn't even regarding what we discussed. I felt as if this place is too busy and does not pay attention to detail. Therefore I moved on. If they cannot handle such a simple detail as this, I do not want to find out what other problems will arise working with this place.
