Quite expensive. 3$ for one photo on glossy paper 8.5 x 11. (4.2022)

Inefficient and expensive. It took 2 weeks to prepare a simple one-color sign (12X10.4'') for $40.00 that was promised to be ready in 3-4 days. No E-mails or phone calls to proof the sign. I went to the store twice to pick up the sign as promised, but the sign was not ready and I was presented with lame excuses. A waste of time and money.

The owners here went above and beyond to help me out with a last minute printing project I needed done over a weekend for work on Monday. I didn't realize when I reached out to them that I had looked at their pre-COVID hours online and they were actually closed that day until I went to pick up the posters. They responded to my initial inquiry right away and were very communicative of their timeframe and prices.

They fulfilled my rather large printing needs quickly and without complaining that I was unknowingly hijacking their day! Kind professional service, I'll definitely be returning.

I needed black and white copies made. Mid way, I pointed out that the quality was poor, they agreed and blamed it on my copy, saying I needed a USB for a good copy to be made. They didn't give me one penny of a discount despite the clearly subpar results. I went to their competition - the FedEx copy center- two blocks away and got great quality copies (and service) for four cents less a copy. I would not recommend this business if you want quality copies for a good price.

Wonderful service and very helpful owners. They responded to my request for an estimate same-day and fulfilled the order with perfect timing. The quality was excellent. Wonderful print shop, highly recommended.

The staff are friendly, responsive, and helpful; and they can give you a quote over the phone. I needed to have one full-color, spiral bound, 125-page manual printed. FedEx Kinko's quoted me around $130, and Prestige Copy and Print in Northgate Plaza was about $50. Prestige did a great job!

So grateful for their great service. Namra went above and beyond for me and made me feel like an important customer even though I only have periodic printing/photocopying needs.

After calling various print shops all over the city of Seattle (on a Saturday) to help us with some specialized printing needs, we were finally fortunate enough to find Prestige Printing in Northgate. Not only did they understand what we wanted to do, they were happy and willing to help us get it done the same day! They were honest, kind, and also very skilled. Bob seamlessly helped us translate our design into a ready-to-print format within minutes, and their price was considerably less than what I was hearing from other print shops.

I seriously can't recommend them enough for you printing needs. We left this place feeling like we had done business with trusted family members, and we are so thankful for their help!

The best service, reasonable price, professional people. Long time customer. I recommend to anyone from single copy print to big project. Keep it up.

Comes up in a search for UPS drop offs but doesn't offer UPS drop off, which is really unfortunate. The guy inside was nice, but please don't advertise for keywords unless you can do the service.

Clarification: The option of having them cut the document for a fee in store was never offered in two phone calls or during pickup. The only instructions were given at the time of pickup and that was go home and cut the document do the desired size. Be aware they will claim to offer non normal size prints but in reality it means they will print off on an 8 1/2 by 11 and then tell you to just cut the paper to your desired size.

I called and asked if they could print a 8 by 10 document and was told yes and to come by in an hour. I arrived a hour later to find out they hadn't printed it and when he did he printed it on an 8 1/2 by 11 then told us to just go home and cut it to 8 by 10. Had I know that was what was going to happen I could of just printed it at home and done the same.

Linh is awesome! He is super efficient, has a creative eye and always gets the job done in time and with ease! Cannot recommend them enough. Keep up the great work.

I recently printed a 16 page full color booklet and a number of flyers with Prestige. They were SO helpful and professional at every step. I came in to approve a proof and found the color wasn't as bright as I'd hoped -- it was an issue of my monitor, not their printing. The staff quickly opened the file, adjusted the saturation, and in 5 minutes had a new proof that was perfect.

They were very communicative, and delivered the order earlier than initially expected. Staff even carried all the heavy boxes out to my car for me. Wonderful example of a top notch small business. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back.

Can't tell you how many times we've used them. FedEx across the street is worthless. This place can help with anything you need. Are they super friendly and welcoming not exactly, but I don't need them to be, they know what they are doing and help me do the things I need to do.

Prestige has been printing our HOA newsletters, directories, and correspondence for close to 5 years now. They have provided consistent quality and reasonable pricing. I ran out of envelopes and they printed them quickly, even meeting me on New Year's day to make sure the proof was correct.

Charges you for making them do extra work. I wanted to print 5 separate photos and they charged me for not putting it in on PDF file. It wasn't even busy during that day. Robs every penny they can make.

Took 20 minutes to print only 10 pages! Yes friendly staff, but very uninformative. When I came in the owner did not greet me I stood awkwardly until he finally asked me, "are you done? " After a very confusing introduction he finally helped me out. During the process there was a lot of silence and the worst part was it took forever for the machine to "warm-up". I hated that. In the end it cost five dollars for only 10 letter sized of colored paper.

I always print my posters and flyers here, even though I'm living in the south end. The color quality is better than Kinkos, the service is fantastic, and when I need it the same day they can almost always accommodate me. Did I mention they are cheaper than Kinkos, too?

I tend to print day to day office stuff at my home office. But once in a while, I have to print out large quantities and it's better for me to contract a printer. I was quoted by FedEx Kinko's at nearly double the price. I looked around and this was the closest to my house. I called, they answered and gave me a great quote. Don't let the exterior fool you. It's a small space in a strip mall and it's not as fancy pants but it makes up for it in service.

My USB did't work so they just let me use the computer for free and then I was able to print what I need. All in all, this was a great little ma & pop local business that I would happily do business with again. If you Buy Local, this is a great one.

Great printing experience after a long time. These guys were so proffesional at work. I l surely be here for my other printing stuff.

F*cking useless. Took an entire day to print 20 last-second wedding invitations (last-second due to a mess up by a different company) despite assuring us the evening before that they'd be done in the morning. The invitations were terrible quality with visibly pixelated text, on what felt like glossy photo paper despite me saying I wanted matte 100lb stock or something similar and them telling me it would be no problem, and even though I told them they needed to be 5x7 they turned out to be closer to 5.5x7, meaning they didn't fit in the envelopes I had, and I only found this out after everything had closed. So now I can't mail out my wedding invitations. Thanks a bunch, Prestige.

I was having trouble copying some documents. It turns out that reason I was having trouble was because the paper i was copying was not 8 1/2 x 11, but was a quarter inch shorter in length. The copies had to be made individually on the glass and positioned exactly right to get good copies. I would never have figured it out, however Ali at Prestige Copy & Print did and as an example of perfect customer service, he also offered to make the copies for me.

I accepted as I have no confidence in my ability to put a piece of paper exactly a quarter inch away from an edge and still have it line up properly. He did this at no extra charge. Thank you, Ali!

Fairly low prices and generally nice staff. However, when a staff member assisted me with cutting a poster sized print they ended up ruining one of the edges pretty badly - the ink was still too wet apparently. In a discussion with the manager (at least I believe he was) they proceeded to just shrug it off. saying that customers usually pick up large print jobs the next day so it wouldn't be a problem.

Fair enough. But I feel like they should have known not to take the poster, use the large cutter, and thus screw up a $36 print. I could have just used scissors and everything would be fine. No offer for a reprint or even partial refund. Usually this place has been fairly good to me, but this experience has left me both disappointed and worried about how they might handle any complications in future prints.

This place is really hit-or-miss. I have sent things in via their website and THREE times they have not gotten them (despite the confirmation e-mail). Sometimes things are sized strangely or pixelated and they don't look great. I want to support a local small business, but with the unreliability of the product, I am going elsewhere from now on.

Every year I get my printing done for the Seattle Wedding Show at Prestige. The prices are excellent, the staff is helpful and service oriented and I am very happy with all of my copying. Please give them a try and shop local! I am not sure why someone gave them such a bad rating. They must've had a bad day.

I had a somewhat complex and last-minute print job. Also, it was my BABY (aka master's thesis). So, I wasn't sure it was a good idea to go to a brand new place. But, the Ave Copy Centers are generally cruddy and, at this time of year, totally swarmed. So, I brought my baby to Prestige. They did good work. They printed it fast and got it right.

Only two quibbles: 1. The Color and Black & White pages did not match very well, so it was obvious which was which 2. When I came back after lunch to pick it up, I had to stand around for at least 5 minutes before getting anyone to even say "hi" I'll give them another shot in the future.
