Edit. I am keeping the first review but adding this because they totally made up for the issue and then some. They personally delivered what I needed to my job. I wish more companies valued customer service like TA. This was my first time dealing with them but it won't be the last. I highly recommend them. Thanks guys! Old review. I sit in Atlanta traffic for over an hour just to make it before they close.
I call at 5:47 and tell them I am right up the street near their old office stuck in traffic but I'm trying my best and really need some wristbands for an event. He says "well we close at 6 if you can get here". Traffic isn't moving so I literally pull into the nearest lot and run to the office. In my work suit. I get to the front door at 5:58 only for it to be closed and no one answering the door or phone. Very frustrated.

In response to or more to the point, my correction in regards to my TA Ticketing review of two months ago. I was terribly mistaken. I apparently mis read / understood the web site and stand corrected. Ian took the time to call me personally to explain how the shipping works and I will follow his direction and guidance from now on.
