Document copying continues to be an essential service to law firms, law professionals and corporate legal departments. QIS adheres to industry "best practices" and understands the importance of detail and quality. We categorize our copying services by the level of difficulty and ease of production.

Blowbacks are printed copies of digital documents (typically PDF or TIFF images). Once documents have been collected and burned to CD, the paper copies - blowbacks - can be printed for distribution. During production, these documents can be organized by logical break i.e. When using logical breaks Colored, typically Blue Slipsheets are placed between the documents as per client instructions.

A CD can typically hold about 12,000 images or the equivalent of seven file boxes of paper documents. With our Document Imaging solutions, we can convert your files into manageable and searchable electronic formats, unlocking the true value of your information. OCR is the electronic translation of images of handwritten, typewritten or printed text, captured by a scanner, and converted into readable and editable text. If you are importing the images into a legal database or legal repository we will provide a Load File to make the import as seamless as possible.
