I found this place online and I'm glad that I did. The staff, Geri was friendly from the minute I walked through the front door. Phillip politely gathered my home computer and promptly called me when it was ready. Unfortunately my brand new printer had an unrepairable manufacturer's defect but it was nice to receive honest information from a reputable company. They didn't even charge for looking at the printer. I recommend this place for anyone looking for fast, honest, reliable service.

So glad we switched to FarraTech years ago to provide us with a copier and maintenance of our copier. Saves us a bunch of money vs. what we were doing with another giant name company. The best people that are local and take care of us like nobody else. Highly recommend them to anyone that wants a great company to handle all of their copier and toner needs!

Contacted FarraTech regarding an HP5000 printer. After dropping off the printer, Tim Moore called to let me know that the printer isn't reparable. After finding an HP5100, I contacted Tim for help with the setup. Tim was able to come that same day and quickly and efficiently set up the printer and verified that it worked well. One week later, Tim called back to make sure the printer was working correctly.

Their service is superb! Don't hesitate calling them with any of your printer needs. Not only do they service them, they can handle any setup issues you may have. I can't recommend them enough.

He was patient, friendly, and gave me practical advice on the most cost effective way of solving my printing needs.
