How can I prepare the files to send? A. Before uploading your files, please check our guidelines below. All file formats must have a minimum of 300 dpi resolution. Web images are done at a low screen resolution of 72 dpi. Print images need to be created at 300 dpt or there will be a substantial drop in the image quality.

Perfect example of you get what you pay for. The initial price is good, but when you factor in all the time that they waste, and the extremely low quality product they send, it ends up being an VERY expensive print job. The owner of the company, Steve Maghsoodi, instructed me to send him my files in one format and order. After I did, they printed the job for me and every card was horribly misprinted.
Where there should have been white there was brown, where there should have been a light brown there was dark dark black. I called Steve and told him of the error, after 5 minutes of arguing with him (he claimed it was my fault for the original file I sent (even though it was identical to how it was requested)) he agreed to reprint the cards. Great so I drove back to the printer, gave them the materials and an updated file and waited for my job to be sent to me.
When I finally received the second version of the print job, roughly 10% of the job was mistprinted. This time, the colors were fine, but things were out of order. Where one element was supposed to be, another was found. Wasted hours and hours of my time and spent a good amount of money on a product that was incomplete and incorrect.
