Very slow and can't get back to customers at all. You must be proactive and that is a shame. Zeta is all over the place and wants you to wait 4 weeks before anything happens. They also complain to their clients about their own costs and how they pay out of pocket, which is very unprofessional.

Beautiful Work! They Are Perfectionists! My work was done on time and they definitely cared about our companies bottom line. To have all of our printing and online production completed at the same time our brand was created and developed made the process so easy for us! I called these guys, because a friend referred them. I spoke to Doug Dickson, telling him, that I needed a brochure printed, but that all I had, was one of the old brochure's, left in stock. So, I emailed him the brochure, and he went to work. I know, that when you have only a copy of the brochure, and not the original artwork, your chances of success, are not always that good. Well, when I went to pick the brochures up, I was pleasantly surprised, by the amazing look of my brochures.

You couldn't tell, that they had nothing to work with, by the look of them. I am very thankful to Doug, as I needed these brochures, for an upcoming home & garden show. Also, I was very pleased with the great customer service and professionalism, I received from Doug and his staff. On a side note, I noticed, how clean and organized, the whole office is. I will continue to use Print Source One, in the future, and I will tell everyone about this company. Thanks, Doug.
