I'd say they are maybe on the pricier side, but everything was quality and that's what matters most to me so I am satisfied. Would work with them again for sure.

I was under a very, very tight deadline to have hats made for an event my company was attending and Kelsey and her team at Denver Screen Print and Embroidery really helped us out. Since we didn't have much time I was resigned to the fact that we'd have to do a basic embroidery of plain text, but Kelsey got creative and came up with an even better design than I could've imagined.

DSP&E is phenomenal! Our business originally found an online supplier who we purchased our apparel, but it seemed to always be a tough decision on which material to do or which products. Working with DSP&E we got exactly what we wanted, Kelsey walked us through all the different products and gave us tons of options. Kelsey really cared about getting us products that we wanted and that appealed to us, never was she pushy about any of her products.

I had Denver Screen Print and Embroidery print tshirts, sweatshirts, and hats for our company. They were wonderful to work with! Kelsey helped me from the beginning including fixing some spacing issues in our logo for us. They were in the process of moving shops when we placed our order and were very helpful even during the transition. They were the only place I could find that would do a smaller volume (10 each) and also let us provide our own clothing and hats (we're picky, wanted specific shirts). They turned our great and we'll definitely return when we need more merch in the future!

Denver screen print and embroidery was the most responsive, best price and quickest turn around compared to the other 5+ places i contacted around town for a pretty complex little piece of art I needed printed on a bunch of bandanas in a hurry. This experience could not have been smoother or more pleasant! Firstly, the customer service was consistently warm, understanding, and patient. I bothered Kelsey at least three times asking for advice and minor tweaks, which she happily accommodated. She patiently guided me through their online design platform step by step, though the site is intuitive and user friendly.

It's also a lot of fun! I was able to design every single aspect of the shirts--the colors, spacing, fonts. And oh the fonts! There are so many and there's a font to fit any theme. (My father is a cowboy fan, and they had a whole section of 'Western Fonts'!) There was one small issue with only one of the shirts but they immediately offered to make a new one. Unbeatable service, quality, and overall experience.

Awesome to be able to work with a company who provides a great quality of product in the most professional way. Better yet at this competitive of a price. Entire purchase was conducted smoothly and timely.

Let me start by saying that I highly recommend DSPE. They are excellent to work with and went the extra mile for me when a problem arose with my t-shirt order (more on that in a moment). I received excellent service from DSPE from the start. They take a very personal approach and really get you what you want. They also take the time to answer questions and fully explain the available shirts, process, etc.

They have in-house artists that do an excellent job in dealing with the artwork you submit and, possibly most importantly, do an excellent job matching printing colors to your artwork. Their staff is superb from top to bottom. The issue I ran into with my order, mentioned above, was shrinking t-shirts. After the first wash the t-shirt I picked out for myself from my order shrank much more than the manufacturer specifications. (Please note that the shrinking was a result of bad t-shirts from the manufacturer and not at all a result of anything DSPE did.) This was a big problem because it is very important that I have a quality product to sell and give away at events and that probable shrinking was simply unacceptable. Consequently, I had just purchased 70 plus t-shirts that were essentially worthless to me.

I called up DSPE and let them know the situation. They began working on a solution immediately. In the end they fully replaced my order with another brand of t-shirt. There was no pro-rating or negotiation about how much of the order I was responsible for. DSPE simply did the right thing and replaced my shirts. They stood behind their product (and me as their customer) even though the problem was the fault of the manufacturer.

You don't find business that do that anymore. Working with DSPE is not a transactional experience that we've all unfortunately become so accustomed to with big box stores and internet retailers. They are a local business you partner with on a project. They do an excellent job from start to finish, and when things don't go just right, they are there to help you out. You don't readily find this kind of service anymore. You just don't. I'll confidently (and happily!) continue going back to DSPE.

We are so pleased with our T shirts! Actually didn't think a company would want to deal with such a small order (3 shirts!) and the photos we wanted on the shirts were old and probably not ideal for printing. but Kelsey treated us very professionally and the quality of the final result is more than we could have hoped for. Plus, the T shirts provided were of high quality. Very pleased!

There is absolutely no need to look anywhere else for custom prints and embroidery! The team at Denver Screen Print & Embroidery went above and beyond to make our first tee shirt ordering experience as easy and efficient as possible. I previously worked in retail for 8 years and have been in customer service for over 20 combined years and this was by far the best experience I've ever had ordering a custom product. We are VERY impressed with the quality of work and care!

I ordered custom t-shirts for some co-workers through DSPE not too long ago. I worked directly with William in their office to figure out what picture would work best for what I was trying to create. He was extremely thorough and helpful with getting my order in place. After all the details were squared away, they were very quick on getting the completed shirts back to me. I would recommend DSPE to anyone that is looking for custom shirts!

They have done multicolor screen print basketball jerseys and tshirts, screen printed shirts and sweatshirts for my staff and, most recently, they embroidered our logo on winter jackets. I highly recommend them!

I worked with Denver Screen Print on three separate orders and they did not disappoint! The last order was unexpected - 100 shirts - and they turned it around with lightening quick speed. My emergency was not their problem but they were happy and willing to be the solution I needed. Will was my main contact and he was pleasant and prompt in getting back to me. Charles helped me flesh out a design (since I didn't really know what I wanted) and the gentleman printing for the press check was patient with me as I was indecisive on the final color - really patient.

I was afraid to make a final decision and he talked it out with me and got me the exact color I wanted. They shirts were fun and exactly what we asked for. It was also cool to learn more about their techniques and how it all works ( because I asked a ton of questions). I have also washed these shirts multiple times and the shape has held and the color is still bright.

I think what really stuck with me is how they treated a group of senior citizens who were visiting (one of the days I was there) for a tour - it was with warmth, patience and kindness. It was a hot day and one of the ladies needed to sit for a moment - a chair was immediately brought over by one staff member and a glass of water from another. I have a special place in my heart for seniors; the care was genuine and I felt it was telling of how they treat their guests/customers as well. This is the type of company I want to do business with and I will continue to do so.

WARNING! We have owned our business for several years now and have had to use companys such as Denver screen print. They are very unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. Hands down worse customer service out there. Amanda the sales rep couldnt get a order right. You name it they messed it up. Color, size, logo. And the funny part is when you ask them to fix the problem they act like your just trying to get over on them.

Both owners are extremely disrespectful! We asked to receive our design that we PAID for let me add! And was told it would take a couple days to receive but once we refused to pay for our last order until we receive what we PAID for, then they threaten us with collections. This place is extremely over priced for the service and quality they have to offer. Dont waist your time!

I have had the pleasure of working with DSPE for a few years now and they have done a fantastic job each time. We order all of our staff and event shirts from them.and admittedly we do a lot of large, last minute orders. It's amazing how quickly they work. Shane and Amanda are always gracious and helpful, even when I'm being picky about color matching. We can't imagine trusting our orders with anyone else.

I have a small clothing line, CARBEN Clothing and was referred to Shane and DSPE through my mom. I talked to Shane about what I was looking to do and they have helped me print dozens of t-shirts and hoodies. Shane and the rest of his team are all very friendly and accommodating. They've used they're water based screen printing process for all my garments and they have all turned out amazing.

The water based process gives the ink a nice soft feel and still shows the color perfectly. They are very professional and make sure your designs come out as you envision them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to do any kind of screen printing.

Many accolades for the customer service, quality, speed and price in helping me out with my last 2 orders! Had 2 jobs that needed to be done within a few days and they were quick to respond, quick to proof and quick to print! I've been in the industry for many years and am so happy to have found them! Worst customer service ever. I corresponded through email for a simple t-shirt order and I was asked the same questions over and over again, and the person was rude. I haven't picked up my order yet, so I'll edit this review when I can see the quality of the product, but so far, so NOT good. Update: high quality product, relatively quick turnaround, and they were friendly when I went in.

I love using Denver Screen Print and Embroidery for my screen printing needs. I have used them 5 or 6 times over the past 2 years and every time they are consistent with what I want. When I need to put an order in, I will just email Amanda and she will have an order ready for me within a week, and sometimes even within a couple of days. I have ordered polyester t-shirts for my rock climbing company, hoodies, and hats. Amanda has always helped me make the right decision in picking the right design or clothing option.

We have used DSPE for years to do all of our promotional t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, etc at Washington Park Chiropractic. They have an endless variety of clothing and if they don't feature it in their catalog they will get it for you. Amanda is so great with ideas and communication. They always encourage you to do a "press check" which is awesome because you get to see exactly what the items will look like.

The printers are very good at what they do, also offering suggestions about size of logo, location and type of ink. I highly recommend using Denver Screen Print and Embroidery for anything you need. Amanda also does a great job with a really short turn around! Their prices are really good too.

They were really nice taking my $25,000.until. They kept making mistakes and the Boss's son Shane decided that my Sales lady Amanda was making too many mistakes. So he went to her desk, threw MY shirts at her and said 'WHAT'S THIS SHIT?!? Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere, they just do not appreciate their customers enough. Oh and their Art guy in back changed the artwork on 100 of my shirts, and they will not refund the $$$$ Don't waste your money here, go to somebody who cares.

I have used Denver Screen Print & Embroidery for professional (400+ shirts for Catholic Charities) and personal use (race shirts for a small group of friends). Shane and Jon helped us with the design of the shirts and made sure that they were printed on time. They are they only people I trust when it comes to printing because I know they will deliver a phenomenal product.

Their prices are reasonable and they are very friendly with outstanding customer service. I can't say enough good things about DSPE and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Very impressed! I had a few tshirts printed here for my friend's bachelorette party, and they did an amazing job. The staff was really helpful, and turn around time for the shirts was only 3 days.
