Flabbergasted. What should've been five separate and simple orders turned into a cluster. Problem details listed below: 1.) I emailed the JakPrints team with order specifics for five separate sets of business cards-all details, shipping, and print files included. The email response asked me if I was going to provide the print files, even though I had already done so. 2.) A few emails later, after I had answered more questions regarding the orders, I was then directed to an order link to place all the orders myself, even though I had already gone through the back and forth of answering questions and providing all the correct info about the orders. 3.) After placing the orders, copy-pasting and sending the order numbers via email (why this was requested I'm not sure), being asked if I needed proofs before moving into production, I was then asked if I did not want to do separate shipping addresses for each set of orders.
This shouldn't have been a question, since I already requested that in my initial email AND had gone in myself and done each order separately with their associated (separate) shipping addresses. To reiterate: these were completely separate orders. 4.) I then had to refer back to each order, take screenshots, and email them back to provide confirmation that I had, in fact, inputted the correct separate information and shipping addresses.
I was then told it was a glitch and that the IT team would be looking into it. Was emailed back and told what the issue was (which wasn't even remotely correct). 5.) At this point, after 17 emails in this email thread, things seemed to be fine. However, today I was emailed and told that one of the shipping addresses was missing. Once again, I referred back to my linked order confirmation numbers, took a screenshot, and sent it back, repeating that all the information was there. 6.) In this final email, I also expressed that there were a number of different problems from start to present time which wasn't giving me much confidence for smooth future ordering with JakPrints.
The response email didn't acknowledge anything that was said. What a waste of time and how completely disappointing. I was trying to be understanding with the thought that "sh*t happens", but as a customer expressing that I'm not thrilled with the service, only to have it be completely ignored. All I have to say is: "wow." Certainly won't be doing this again.

My experience with Jakprints has been nothing short of STELLAR! From my very first email interaction with them, I was blown away by how attentive, detail-oriented, and thorough they were. I worked with Sarah Rogers throughout the process, and I really appreciate that she kept me up to date with every change and detail. She patiently walked me through and edited things MANY things as I weighed my options and made innumerable changes before we arrived at the final product.
The tshirts themselves are clean, detailed, sturdy, and have vibrant colors true to the source files. I'm very pleased with the print all over shirts I got from Jakprints! I tried to follow all the instructions carefully for using their templates with my photos, and I asked for a proof sent to my email. I made a few changes to the design and sent it back. They were great to work with. I received my shirts not long after that. I highly recommend this company for this type of shirt printing.

I've used jakprints for years for client print projects. The products always are printed professionally and up to my high design eye standards. Customer service is always great too! I've ordered form them a few times and their customer service is not great. I over paid for some folders and signed off on the proof and a week later they emailed me and asked me if it's approved. which means my order was delayed a week and it missed our event. They were not willing to fix their mistake at all. and they did not even apologize for their mistake.
They just told me it's delayed and that it's my fault. So very disappointed in them. I will jot be ordering from them again. Over priced products with bad customer service!

On a recent order it seemed the much needed suspense would not be met. To my surprise and delight Jakprints owned the project and solved the issue, well done! I am honestly so surprised this company came through for us. I had a very complicated custom order, I worked with them for a couple weeks through email and phone and they were always great at communicating with me clearly and promptly. I never felt like I was talking to an uninterested employee, everyone always seemed like they actually wanted to help me.
I ended up ordering 2000 pieces of my custom order and their price was almost half of what other companies had quoted me. I was a little nervous to receive my order as I still had some fear they would mess up the folds but I received my order the exact day they said I would and the prints were better than I could have ever imagined. I don't think I've ever been as happy with a print job as I have with this one. 100% recommend this company, specially if you're a graphic designer trying to create something really custom.

My experience matches other one star reviews -- my order was late with shifting explanations and then, ultimately, untruthful emails to cover it up. My project was a straightforward one: a few thousand slipcases funded via Kickstarter, with Jakprints printing them from my provided art file and then fulfilling the orders, sending them out via mailhouse to the individuals.
It went wrong in every single place it could go wrong. The month due date crept by, then doubled. People there would tell me samples had gotten mailed, the order had gone to print, everything was in order, only to have weeks pass and then later, other employees emailing to say no, now, really it was happening. Later, another employee would email to say that my art was the wrong format -- after it had already been printed correctly.
The left hand never seemed to know what the right was doing. Postage quotes were delayed and delayed and delayed and then finally given right before they were ready to go, without postage options given. Then the fulfillment services were an absolute disaster -- slipcases were sent out in boxes with no protection or extra space at all, so that dozens were delivered completely smashed.
When asked to replace the damaged orders, Jakprints announced that they could not print replacements and would instead use the remaining product that was meant to come to me. They said they could discount the order accordingly. The discount never appeared. Dozens of the fulfilled orders have never made it to their destinations, and Jakprints did not ship with a method that accepts tracking (they also used my private personal address as the return address on every order fulfilled).
They have not answered emails trying to get verification that these boxes were even sent. At every turn where a mistake could be made, it was made, and apologies never turned into action or refunds or even replacements without costing me money. I genuinely don't understand how a simple order of printed slipcases, mailed to addresses in a spreadsheet, could have so many possible pitfalls, nor how a company can seem to have so little pride in what they do.
At every turn, a straightforward answer would have solved every problem, but excuses or straight up ignoring the issue was their option instead. I wish I had the great experiences others seem to have had, but instead, I'm still investing my time into trying to make sure that all the folks who were supposed to get boxes get them. Terrible. Production & ship times are super fast and the quality is always superb. If for some reason you are not satisfied w/ an order, they have an excellent return/exchange policy. My organization was on a tight time frame to order t shirts and hats for an upcoming event. Angie spent a lot of time on the phone with me problem solving how we could get the merch in time AND advising me on fabrics, colors and styles that would be the best fit for us and that would be the most cost effective and quickest to make. I inquired at other companies and they were so unhelpful with choosing shirts and meeting deadlines that working with Angie was refreshing and relieved my stress. Thank you!

I had to do a complicated job that involved plastic VIP passes, greeting cards, postcards, and mailing. Jakprints was the only place that could take care of all those things. I haven't seen the final pieces in person yet, but I was really impressed with Jessica there, who went the extra mile to make sure my pieces were sent out by the deadline, even though my client was late providing some necessary information.
She also did things like forward photos of paper stocks when there wasn't time to put a sample in the mail. I did have an issue with some paper samples that weren't sent out when they should have been, but the employees did everything they could to make up for it. It's not the least expensive printer I've worked with, but the extra personal service made it worth it for this job.

WOW. Talk about a skilled & knowledgable staff. Nadia Bennett has been my contact at Jakprints for The Foundry, Community Rowing & Sailing Center for a few months now. As the Marketing Manager there, I am always looking for a variety of products that look professional and are appealing to the student athletes and their families, and she has bent over backwards to ensure that we stay on the cutting-edge of our Marketing needs.
On top of coming to The Foundry on a number of occasions to show us the variety of collateral jakprints can provide, she set up a tour for our organization at their headquarters on the East Side. She was patient in answering every question we had and even took us through the sublimation process with another on-site staff member, (seeing as we will need to utilize it in the near future). The result of our orders is always top-notch and timely. I could not ask for anything better. Jakprints, you've got a customer for life!

Ordered 5 custom shirts for my pool team. After a long design process due to the need to use their design templates, 1 of the 5 shirts was printed completely inaccurately as the player name and team name were the wrong color and unreadble. On top of that, the shirts were printed on a material that did not stretch or breathe at all so they were also unwearable.
I don't know about their other products but do not ever order shirts from here that need to use sublimation printing. Oh and you also have to prepay before speaking to anyone about the product.

I've turned to Jakprints for business card and postcard needs for almost eight years now. The craftsmanship is always immaculate and the colors are always on point. Great quality; reasonable price. I've lived in multiple cities since I first found Jakprints back in Cleveland and have never found anyone else who does this caliber work - now that they have free shipping on their orders, I never have to look again.

I love this print place! I first was going to use another online print place with was 3 times more expensive but they kept saying that they couldn't print a circle business card with a border because it might be off center. Then I decided to try jaks. They offer a FREE sample kit which is perfectly helpful in helping you decide what you really want to order.
They were totally fine printing circle business cards with borders and let me tell you, they look amazing! I think the price was about 1/3 Or 1/4 of the other places and they did such an amazing job. I ordered 2500 cards and as a small business that was a little risky but it totally paid off! Get their sample packet! Oh and they have great customer service. They did not print anything until it was correct and ok'd on my end.

I called Jakprints after a bad experience with Big Frog in Solon. I explained that I needed to place a new order and was interested in their company. The woman I spoke to just kept pushing me to their website and could have cared less about any questions I had to ask. After going to the website, which is completely void of user friendliness and full of errors when editing/adding items, it took me about an hour to get my shirts selected and images uploaded.
After a day of waiting, I received an email stating that I needed to place each cut of shirt for my order individually. Go through that process all over again? No thanks. Maybe that should have been explained by customer service. Moreover, after submitting over $3K in apparel, maybe a phone call to help me should have been in order. Guess not! They've lost my business now.

I run a small public arts venue in Pittsburgh, PA, and every month for over a year now I have had Jakprints print the 4ft x 8ft outdoor banners that serve as the exhibiting artists' murals. The banners themselves have been durable in all weather, and the images printed precisely and in vibrant color. Switching to a light, printed format has also made the project more accessible to artists abroad, more affordable material-wise, and the installation more manageable.
What's more, they're customer service is top notch:.friendly, knowledgable, patient. Should an issue arise, their response time is prompt and dedicated to finding a workable solution. So long as I have artists to exhibit, I plan on printing their murals at Jakprints!

We LOVE Jakprints. I work for a church and we use Jakprints for all our business cards, our connect cards/prayer request cards, and a few other things. I am impressed by not only the superior quality of the products we receive, but the customer service as well. One time I needed a file that was associated with a former coworkers account. Jakprints worked with me and went through every single order on that person's account until they were able to find the graphic I needed and get it to me. It was totally above and beyond. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

I really want to love Jakprints, but they aren't giving me anything to work with. The prices for standard products are pretty consistently higher than their local competitors. And every time I have requested a quote on a custom item, I've had to go back and forth in email with their rep who seems to have little to no experience. He asks for specs even though I gave them in the initial request.
He wants a picture of a finished product to better understand what I want. I understand that on unique projects but not on fairly standard print options. I don't even have to have a quote that is set in stone - I'm totally cool with a printer giving me a quote based on his best understanding. We can always go back and change it. But I have to be able to return to my client with options.
I end up never getting a quote from Jakprints because the client needs the project printed ASAP and other printers are able to give quotes within a couple of days. If other printers expressed the same confusion as the Jakprints rep, I would assume that I wasn't being clear. But that isn't the case. Bottom line is that Jakprint's sample products look great and I would love to add them to my list of local go-to printers, but I can't do that when their prices are consistently higher and I can't even get a custom quote without spending days going back and forth with their rep.
I dislike giving poor ratings to businesses because it can really hurt them. I want to be fair. Picked up an order for the company here; there's easily accessible parking and the interior, well, it really surprised me. It looked like a really cool retail store.it was really neat! The order took quite awhile to be printed (according to the girl that ordered them), but the quality was superb. Very high quality, in fact. The guy who rang me up was not very cheerful or particularly chatty, even after I complimented the place.
I just don't think he was awake yet, as I was there quite early. :). I am pleased with this printer.the product we ordered (cards and envelopes for customers) were perfect. And I really loved the interior of the place, plus it's easy to find and park.
