I frequently used this printer to purchase xerox copies as I no longer buy disposable office equipment. Reluctant as I have been to get a handicap placard, I made my way to QP on 23rd to get the copy of the application form I needed to complete. I was asked by the young woman at the counter if I was aware of their $10 minimum. I said no and she proceeded to the back to ask her manager a question.

She returned to the counter and told me she could make me 100 copies of the form for $10 but they would not deviate from their $10 minimum. Very disappointed that this local business was unable to accommodate me, a senior citizen, to print one copy of the form. I realize they primarily focus on businesses and their commercial needs. However it seems a small thing to me to simply do the right thing. Won't be back to purchase the canvas prints I had planned on ordering. I suppose someone other than a local vendor will get that business now.

This place has old fashioned customer service, the kind you never see anymore. The woman who helped me, Sam, was efficient, knowledgeable, and so fast! My project was ready within a half hour. Unfortunately, due to my own mistakes, the print did not turn out well, and it was an expensive piece. I took it back, asked them to print me a black & white "proof" copy, so I could be sure it was right for the final color print. Instead, they completely reprinted my corrected file at no charge! We all knew it had been my mistake, but Sam really wanted me to be happy with the finished product. It was perfect! This is our new go-to print place. Highly recommended!

It was easy to get our product printed here. This was my first time using this location and it was a great experience. I was able to just email them the picture I needed printed and they emailed the next day when it was done and ready for pickup. Thanks so much Sam for making this such and easy process.

I had an amazing experience at QuikPrint! I postponed my wedding because of the pandemic and I needed to reprint my wedding invitations with the new date. I arrived during my lunch hour and had the pleasure of working with Jamie. I handed over my document on a flash drive and he printed a few proofs for me just to make sure the margins and quality were to my liking on the cardstock that I brought with me.

Within minutes, I had over 100 wedding invitations, I paid with my card, and I was on my way back to work! I highly recommend you consider this local print shop for any sort of your printing needs.

Had a great interaction over the phone but when I got there one guy had a mask on and the lady didn't. I'm not comfortable supporting a business that doesn't take the health and safety of others into consideration. I gave them 2 stars because they were so nice on the phone but honestly it deserves 1 star for the mask issue. We are in a global pandemic and unfortunately I think I have to shop somewhere nationwide instead of supporting the local business due to the mask policy - which is super weird because the door even says please wear a mask.

Everyone I've come in here they've been so friendly and fast. Today I dropped in and left my printing abs when I came back (after lunch) and it was ready! They get the job done right. Score!

I came in on a Saturday and the young lady, Ariel was clearly very busy but patiently tended to my order. Several customers came in behind me and she did a great job of balancing the many projects in front of her.

I use this QuikPrint location regularly and receive excellent service every time. Even though it is downtown, I never have difficulty finding a parking space right in front and the staff is friendly and very timely with their work.

So far I've had a pretty good experience at this QP. Pros: They run everything past you during the proof approval process, and they will deliver to local businesses in their immediate area (which is about half of OKC). Since you can send digital files and pay by card, this means you may never actually have cause to darken the doorway of the physical building.

The employees I dealt with were courteous and were able to get the job done. However, if I'm being honest, I've received better service and more attention to detail at the Northwest Expressway location. I had some table tents printed at 23rd Street for an event and though they took good care of me, the printing sure was expensive for what it was, and somehow seems more expensive than NW Expressway, though its hard to compare between jobs.

But that's the explanation behind why NW Expressway gets five stars (and most of my business). No matter what, it's still about a million miles ahead of any Fed Ex, insofar as employees don't seem to be walking around in a perpetual state of thinly-veiled homicidal rage.

Great service! Sarah did a terrific job of designing ny change of address cards. Giovanni did a great job of estimating the costs (fair?pricing),.i will be back for future jobs.

I used Quik Print to do a large series of direct mail pieces for my company. First they mailed out the first two postcards 2 days apart (they were scheduled to be sent 10 days apart) when I notified them about the error, the manager met me first thing in the morning, and we resolved the issue by creating calendar invites to remind the employees when they were to be sent out.

Then on the third postcard of the series, they managed to use the front of one postcard and the back of another, and sent it out without notifying me. This was an especially large issue because I had a simultaneous magazine campaign to match them, and they were testimonials from customers who would see these postcards. I met with Chris Gravely (at the time president and grandson of the owner) who informed me he "had no idea how to remedy the issue" Therefore he did NOTHING to fix the issue other than refund me the money for those particular cards.

In the end, they cost me over $10k in damages, and could have cost me my job. Luckily Chris is no longer with the company, although he started another in TX. I still can not trust a company that would employ such toxic employees and managers.

Their name truly matches their service. The staff at the 23rd st location is really friendly and patient. They've gotten every order taken care of even when I call in last minute with changes. The small staff really knows their stuff, unlike my experiences at some other print shops. Prices have never been unreasonable, and they've always had my stuff printed in a timely manner.
