Be careful of this establishment. They tell you that they are providing you with a very expensive screen printing service, but really outsource heat transfers from another company for pennies, and charge you per color, per screen, and per print. This is just wrong and extremely unacceptable. The people there are very nice, and that's the problem. They take advantage of customers by making it seem as if something is what it really isn't and charge you repeatedly. Just be very careful, and I will never use them again because of it. I feel very taken advantage of.

We've been using USA Tee's as our printer for years! The team at USA tee's is fast, reliable and always puts a ton of emphasis on the important details. I can, and always do, recommend them to friends and family.

Dave and his staff are fantastic. They produced a T-shirt last minute for a one year memorial we were having for my brother George. George, a retired firefighter, left us a year ago due to a 9/11 illness. I put in a last minute call and they pulled through making a beautiful T-shirt with George's photo. Thank you all so much for making a sad day a little brighter.

Great, experienced team to work with. Had a pleasure placing probably 5 orders with them, and still - our main company to go when we need logos printed and company apparel done.

I have been purchasing tee shirts from USA Tees for over 15 years. Just the other day I put in for another order. With supply chain issues since Covid some sizes were not available BUT with just one phone call to Dave and Kathy they were able to work out other ways for me to get what I needed through other suppliers. USA Tees has always gone the extra mile for their customers and it is much appreciated.

I really wanted to give these guys a better rating. Receiving a quote and placing an order was a piece of cake. The turnaround was quicker than anticipated, too. My issue was with the service itself. I ordered a laser heat transfer and the design was placed on the wrong side. When they called me to inform me that the order was ready for pickup, they let me know about the error they made. Initially, they offered to refund the entire order and cover the costs of replacing the garment. Unfortunately, that offer was almost immediately pulled and I was only offered a 50% refund.

I suppose this left the bad taste in my mouth. However, even though there was an issue following the instructions and they didn't refund me 100%, USA Tees did do a good job and I WOULD consider returning for more orders. I believe this error was a one-off and the business wouldn't make the same mistake twice.

Came here to make custom shirts for my business, as I entered the door I was immediately asked to wear a mask I didn't argue as I went to my car and got a mask. Standing inside where 2 people were sitting at their desk not wearing any type of face covering. I don't understand the nerve these people have making laws as they go. There is no law that mandates a mask at the moment. I will never come back to this place again.

Always a class act and I receive great service, expertise and courtesy when working with Katy. when you find a place with quality work and workers, you stick with them! Eddie, Louis, Jason and the rest of the USA Tees family are great as well!

Never will have your products done on time I payed for a rush order to finish in 1 week they still took 3 weeks never trust any deadline they give you every order I made has taken an extra week or 2 and they even had me show up and only finished half my order. TERRIBLE

I have been ordering the graduation t-shirts for many years. I have had nothing but positive dealings with USA Tees and Miguel who assisted us in fulfilling the order. This year was a difficult one for everyone. My students missed out on many of the events and rites of passage they would have gotten any other year. The t-shirts are a favorite keepsake for them, however my order was lost in the mail and when I called to check on it, Miguel had not received it.

He had me send a scan of the signed graphic and made sure that the shirts were expedited. They arrived on the kids' graduation day so all of them were able to wear them the last day of school. Thank you for a very position experience. And as always for a great product at a great price. We look forward to many more years of grad t-shirts.

Needed a dozen custom t-shirts in less than a week for a last minute party favor for my son's b-day. The team at USA tees ordered the shirts, created the design, and completed the order a day early. And all for less than the price for a similar t-shirt on Amazon. I'll definitely use them again!

USA Tees is the place for t-shirts & hoodie image printing & embroidering. Excellent service and prices, excellent staff, very friendly and very professional. You can order just 1 tee without paying an exorbitant price. Many services charge you astronomical amounts for color printing and many services ask you to buy a set of many tees. USA Tees offers you an array of price choices according to desired model. They provide with the tees or hoodie in case you don't have one. I paid $20 for my Hanes hoodie + $20 for my lazer 8-color print = $40. You can't beat this.

Vendor has not responded to my numerous emails and phone call MESSAGES seeking status of my 9/23/2017 order. Apparently the Customer Service line is NEVER answered by a human. Looks like I have to resort to requesting a refund from PayPal.

I've ordered from USA Tees on several occasions and they never disappoint. I was constantly updated on the status of my items, and their artist always creates a shirt beyond my expectations. Definitely the best company I've ordered from, and will continue to order from. Thank you for all the amazing shirts!

I've had a few great experiences with USA getting collared shirts embroidered for my shop's staff. They were in communication the whole time, sent me digital proofs, and even expedited a small batch of shirts in time for a feature we got on MSNBC! Really helpful, professional. 2 years later, embroidery still intact. I will be using them again and highly recommend.

I am not experienced in ordering screen printed shirts, so I asked Eugene tons of questions, requested last minute changes repeatedly, and needed multiple orders of shirts done quickly. We only worked through the phone yet his attitude was undeniably patient and positive. He probably spent between 2 and 3 hours total over the course of a few days just working with me to get my order situated, not including the time it probably took to actually place the order and print up the shirts.

He was constantly in touch when I needed him and sent me multiple mock ups upon my request, and in a timely manner. He also put effort into trying to find the best deal for my company's large order. On top of all of that, the shirts were done perfectly on time and looked AMAZING. Exactly what we wanted. We will continue to come back to USA Tees for all of our creations if the service will be like the experience I had with Eugene.

I needed one custom t-shirt made. I found USA Tees from a search with Bing. I took a chance and drove over there, and told them what I wanted. It was ready two days later. Then I wore it, and a few people said to me "Hey, that's a nice shirt! Where'd you get it?" If I need another custom t-shirt made, I'll come back here.

Horrible customer service and will not take responsibility when they destroy your product. I would avoid this place at all costs. We placed a simple order in where we provided them with shirts to print three colors on them. one color was generic red, which they replaced with orange. After their staff assured us that they would "Make it right", we were later told that they had given us what we asked for, and refused to do anything to even partially compensate for the fact that they messed up over $700 worth of our merchandise.

Then we were told that they "could not match the color red" even after we had shown them another companies sample where the red was on. I would advise you to stay away, don't let the price fool you, in many cases you will not get what you paid for.

I've been using USA TEES since 2004. Dave and his team are wonderful and my go to guys for screen printing and embroidery work.

I live in San Francisco but still use USA Tees (NY) for ALL of my T-shirt and apparel orders. The guys at USA Tees are incredibly friendly, responsive and all of my orders have been delivered on or before my "in-hands" date. I've even had issues with international customs in the past and the USA Tees team makes the calls, fill out the appropriate paper work and follow up until the issue is dealt with. Finally, and most importantly, you can't beat the price.
