I've been using main graphics for a year, and I must say their quality of prints is superb. I have used sticker mule online printing, and there's no comparison. The owner, George, treats you with top-notch customer service even if you only spend $100. You will not be disappointed!

I have used Avanti Printing (now part of Main Graphics) for over five years. In the past, I had excellent service from Carlo Vescovi, and when I had to reprint business cards, Brian Snee and Travis Munoz were very receptive and helped me get my cards reprinted. They have excellent customer service standards, and I have recommended them to many of my friends and colleagues.

Every time I hand out my business card, people stop to look at it and rub it between their fingers. They always ask who I did it with, and I tell them to call Main Graphics. When I am giving out my business cards, it is often one of the most lasting impressions that someone will have of my business, and I want my card to reflect the fact that my company offers superior service and quality. Product was spot on and what we expected. This review is solely on customer service. I was originally working with Carlos and Eddy who were great and kind to work with, then my project got passed along to Leasa who was short, rude and made me feel uncomfortable, especially over the phone. Her tone over email was demeaning, very unclear and unprofessional. I will not be using main Graphics again due to poor customer service.

Always friendly, always professional and always either early or on time. I like how their sales team is not pushy, but always ready to help when they can.

WOW! I am so impressed with this company. I contacted them for a project for my own personal business and Tracy helped me in every way from start to finish. I was pressed for time and he let me know from the jump that I would be taken care of and not to worry about a thing. He was very patient and also let me know of the many other services they provide as a courtesy.

Shortly after being in contact with him, he put me in contact with Wendy. She was also very helpful as well. As the project manager, she kept me up to date and communicated very well. Easily one of the best customer services I have had with any company. The prices were very reasonable as well! The quality of the prints was fantastic. When the pieces first got delivered, I was honestly shocked.

I almost couldn't believe the quality. The colors popped, the prints had no flaws, and I was overall satisfied with everything. If I had the opportunity to work with this company again, I would not hesitate.

I've worked with another graphics and printing company for several years. Their customer service was spotty and it was becoming a chore to get an order completed. We were sent to Main Graphics by a business partner for a specific job, and I was amazed at how simple the process was. Leasa was so easy to work with, the job was completed quickly and the product quality was excellent. I have gradually been moving all of our printing to Main Graphics. I love that it's no longer a headache to get what I need when I need it. I highly recommend Main Graphics.

We have utilized Main Graphics for a number of years. They were instrumental during our re brand two years ago- I'm talking about everything from letterhead, folders, envelopes, business cards. you name it. It's easy for us to place a reorder as it just takes an email to let them know we are running low on something. We also use Main Graphics to print our quarterly newsletter.

They handle the fulfillment of this piece as well (mail merge, sending it out, etc.). You should also consider them for printing for your event needs--they produce beautiful programs and invitations. I love their proofing process as it ensures your print job is of the highest quality. There have been occasions where they caught some things that were off with the artwork I sent in and walked me through on how to fix it.

Another plus is that they drop off print jobs to you once completed. Pricing is very fair and they can get you a quote usually within the same day. I believe they also provide an array of other services so definitely inquire with them on what they can do for you. Each member of their team is available every step of the way for your projects. I have gotten to work with Michael and Alison and they are both fantastic. I highly recommend Main Graphics.

I've worked with this organization for almost 4 years & they always come through! Their abilities & communication skills indicate a well self-managed team. Wade is our account handler & is well-versed in the organization's operations. While supporting sales & marketing, some print jobs don't have much turn time for completion. Wade communicates with accuracy, timeliness & is able to flex his schedule according to our needs.

The customer service here is incredible- easily one of the best experiences I've had with any business. I worked with Tracy and Marilyn and both were so helpful and made me feel as if my tiny project was just as important as any big budget job. Main Graphics and all of the staff there are always very helpful! We often have rush and time sensitive orders and they always accommodate where other printers have not. We don't have an in-house graphics department and Main assists us with laying out our jobs quickly and professionally even when we go back and forth with nit picky edits.
