Love working with Todd Kogan at NPC! I've worked with Todd on a monthly basis for the better part of the past couple of years. I've been back and forth between Todd and another printer in Dallas, and for the past 6 months or so I've been consistently printing with Todd at NPC. One of the reasons I have stuck with NPC is, well, Todd. Customer service can vary widely in the printing business, and Todd is the absolute BEST when it comes to service - I honestly don't think he sleeps on the night we're uploading; I've emailed him a number of times late into the night, and I ALWAYS get a response, which continues to surprise me and certainly always exceeds my expectations. The other two reasons I have stuck with NPC are 1) price (very competitive), and 2) HIGH quality of the printing.
