My printer jammed up on Friday evening around 4:15pm. An error came up and it kept forcing me to shut it down. This happened at very inconvenient time. I had an intense work load. Unfortunately, Office Supplies did not have a tech available that evening. I had to work Saturday so I asked if they were open then and the office told me no. We planned for a tech to arrive Monday however, the woman in the office called me back and told me she had a tech that volunteered to come in Saturday morning to assist me. I was so happy that they were able to go above and beyond for me. I've dealt with Office Supplies for a couple years now and have always been pleased.
