I was trying to get business cards printed, which should be a pretty straightforward process! Unfortunately the service representative was not polite over the phone and did not seem like she really cared to provide customer service assistance. The online file upload and order form was not working properly and ultimately conducting payment through email is not ideal so I decided to take my business elsewhere! Hopefully they can streamline the process a little better!
