I was with Shweiki for 14 years. I published 2 magazines a year and referred many of my direct clients to them as well. I am no longer with them after the past several issues of my publication declined in quality and service. Problems with the paper, the shipping and delivery and quality control. My last shipment was two months late and I had to physically drive and pick them up myself.

After the last debacle, I gave them a chance to make things right and they declined to do so. After so many years, I would have thought they would reach out to save a long term business relationship. They are completely unprofessional in this regard. Their prices are better than most other print companies but as I learned the hard way. You get what you pay for.

I am now with a company that is professional and the quality and experience is above and beyond Shweiki. IF you notice the high reviews for Shweiki on google they are all over 5 years or longer ago. Do yourself a favor and not do business with this company.

Good fast and cheap compared to the likes of Vista Print and they are local. That's of purse if you're in the San Antonio area. Customer service was decent as well.

I was sent here to check on the printing quality and color accuracy of our magazine and the people there were extremely polite and accommodating. They bought us food and were very thorough in their explanations. There was still a mismatch in color but that was due to two reasons: 1) we had to leave 2) the change of shift brought in a new guy to work on our book and he was annoyed by my assistant and I from the beginning, contradicting everything the first guy was doing for us. Other than that one guy I still loved our experience with them.

No matter the time of day or number of questions we've had, Shweiki and their staff have gone above and beyond to help us out and get our product to us on time. Shweiki did a great job working with me to get me the exact product I needed. I did a careful search of all the available online printers as well as many local printers in Los Angeles. I chose Shweiki, first, because of their very competitive pricing. Now they are my go to printers not only because of their pricing, but they deliver the quality as well. Perhaps the best feature, though, is their people. Jennifer, April, Omar and the rest are always there, friendly and knowledgeable.

I've never had a question they couldn't answer or a problem they didn't solve quickly. In short, quality, service and pricing. What more can a client ask for? I very highly recommend them for both digital an offset printing. They're great to work with and they deliver great results.

I received quotes from 8 printers, local and out of state. Shweiki was the best price. The quality was excellent, service was first rate. Whenever I had a question all I did was email or phone and they were on the spot with the answers. Our 384 page full color glossy product catalog was done in a timely manner and looks extremely professional. I have many product catalogs in my office and the bindings after several months come apart and the pages separate.

I've been in publishing for nearly 15 years. My experience with Shweiki has been among the best.from the start. When we asked for our initial quote, Kendall (our account executive) promptly came back with pricing.
