Buying a printer that was necessary to grow my business, was not a flippant task. It was an investment, that required thousands of dollars to achieve. With Mathew Rosenkrantz's assistance, at LexJet, I had the confidence I needed, to move forward in purchasing a printer that was capable of printing on an unusual surface. This translated to Mathew, having to do a fair amount of research and follow- up for me. He went above and beyond anything I would have expected in that regard, to set me up with the fine tuned machines LexJet has in their catalogue. Thank you, soooo much!

Don't trust them with your credit card! They fraudulently charged hundreds for stuff we didn't order and then gave us the run around for days no one is ever in that can give you an answer. I had to settle that through the bank. They sold and took payment for merchandise they didn't have and then conveniently forgot to issue a refund when it was discovered, took days and a few angry phone calls to finally get a refund.
I can only imagine what would have happened if we didn't check expenses daily, I can only speculate that some people might not catch it. One mistake maybe but this is a pattern. we were customers for years, something has changed and it's bad. No more.

So I have been a customer for a few years now with no issues. but now we've had one. I ordered 2 rolls of epson paper eight days later no paper called and was informed by support that they would replace the order, no worries. After not receiving the replacement order, I called again and was told I would have to pay for the new order just to get credited for the old order WHAT! ok, so I will place another $200 order. why can't you just send me 4 rolls instead of 2 with the new order to makeup for the missing paper--- sorry we can't do that and we can not refund you for your missing rolls until you place a new order OMFG! Fine you suck

About 8 years ago I worked with LexJet and found their customer service to be outstanding. When it came time that I needed to purchase a very high end printer I thought I'd check in with them and now I'm regretting that decision. A couple years ago now I decided to purchase a printer through them. Unfortunately several fails happened all in a very short period.
The Epson 7900 was slightly more expensive through them than other companies but I thought I'd go with them based on previous customer service. I had requested paper samples so I could see the paper textures and this wasn't sent out for an additional week. My contact said, in email "We have swatches available that are preprinted that we can send to you."By the time they arrived I had already needed to purchase a paper so I could start on a customer order.
I was told that the samples had to be printed up but it turns out I wasn't clear enough to my contact that I needed them quickly. As in - just send me something so I can see it. I was told there were certain perks with buying the printer through them: "We actually offer free over the phone tech support for your machine with a professional print technician as long as you are a customer with us.
That means if you are having any trouble with getting colors to reproduce correctly or any banding issues printhead strikes etc. You can give us a call and we will be willing and able to help you figure out what's going on and get you up and running again. The difference in price may be worth it to you depending on how much you value being able to talk to a human being and get help with any technical issues with your machine. " So when my Epson 7900 wasn't producing the correct coloring I contacted them to see about having them make a custom profile which I'd be happy to pay for.
Since I was forced to by a specific paper due to their sample delay I was hopeful that they'd assist with a custom profile for the enhanced matte. What bothered me most is that when I was calling about custom profiles, they were referring to canned profiles. So.printer profiles that you can download on the Epson site or that have generally been made for a paper no matter the printer.
When I mentioned that custom profiles are profiles specific to each person's printer the guy actually laughed at me. I've spent several years working with these printers and in a geek out session we compared canned and custom profiles and noticed that there was an accuracy difference. I know what I'm talking about and to get laughed at.?
Then when I got upset and asked to speak to management I got a whole run around how there's no management there. So basically, it doesn't matter if anyone treats you poorly, there's no recourse or no one to complain to. I've never worked in a company that works this way and clearly by not having any oversight no one has to care. They've tried contacting me to see why I haven't purchased from them since all this happened but honestly, after being laughed at I just don't care to do anymore business with them.

Lexjet is run by Scam Artists - They had overstock of a $4000 Canon Imageprograf 4000s Printer and I verbally ordered a Canon Imageprograf 4000 (I didn't even know there was an "s") I found out as I was setting it up, without having even put the inks in it, that it was incorrect because it only had 8 inks and I was expecting 11!. I called them at that time.
They called me back and said "I was out of luck" I just have to deal with it. I called and canceled with my AMEX. The owner than got back to me and tried to talk me into using the printer I didn't order or want saying it is just as good as the other and saying that I ordered the "Canon. I am a fine art photographer and I have very specific needs for this.
He also stated he had 2 more on the floor of his shop and didn't have the one I wanted. He said Canon would't take it back. So he basically sold me the one they had and wanted me to take the financial hit for it or accept a printer I didn't want. They did send an invoice that I didn't notice that they had sent the "S" as I didn't even know there was an "S" model. Note: I had also talked to the seller about it having 11 inks and had asked if they had the 11 big inks for it. I also asked for the 11 ink rebate that was available.

This is my first time with LexJet, but it won't be my last. I'm a photography student in California and I was looking for vinyl to print my BFA exhibition photos on. I was hoping to go large, but was discouraged by $300 rolls at other suppliers. Then I was recommended LexJet. Not only were their prices incredible (about half of the other guys for the same size roll), but the vinyl showed up at my door the very next day. Then, to top it all off, they called a few days later to make sure I was satisfied with the product. Will definitely be recommending LexJet to classmates and other fellow photographers who are looking for a similar product! I'm so pleased!

I'm a new customer and am very impressed with their selection of quality printing paper and ink. I was amazed at how quickly it was delivered to me but more than that was the great prices for my Epson Sylus Pro 400 printer. It's helped me tremendously for my business and I sure do appreciate it. I've been a client of lexjet for over 4 years. The sales staff is great and the company really stands behind what they sell. I've had a few problems with some products that were the company totally stood behind. Their private label paper and camas is great and they have as good or better prices than any company I've seen. I would highly recommend this company!

We just purchased an Epson T7000 from LexJet and are very happy with the before-and-after-the-sale service. We had some odd questions before the sale, and Matt @ LexJet talked to two companies to find the answers we couldn't. We went ahead and ordered the printer. Unfortunately, we had some trouble right away and the manufacturer wasn't being very helpful. I emailed Matt @ LexJet and was surprised by how much help he provided. In the end, all is well and we are very happy we went with LexJet.

Amazing service, Great products and even better price! I recently purchased equipment for my new print shop (Epson GS6000, Summa Cutter, GFP Laminator) all of their media exceeds the competition's in both quality and price.
