Great shop! One of my favorites since I can buy rhinestone supplies. I also really like their pre-printed transfers. Online orders & pick-up is really easy as well. The only thing they're missing is but I can live with that.

Nice and easy location for a last minute. Although I had to sit in my car waiting for store to open. Store hours are not posted on door "A" must call before you drive to this store.

This place is phenomenal. Great customer service. I am fairly new tie crafting and any time I have a question there is always someone readily available to assist. What impressed me the most. One Saturday they were busy line was very long. I needed assistance with how to change something on my machine. The associate made sure she helped me and took care of her customers in line. I can not say enough great things about this place. Highly recommend.

Great find with all sorts of vinyl in assorted colors and types. I love being able to buy it by the sheet since my projects are on the smaller side. Staff is really helpful. I'm glad to have found this shop.

ALWAYS a great experience here, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always takes time if you have questions, etc. I've taken a couple of classes here, very informative and cost effective for small businesses! I love their HTV better than any brand I've tried before, I use them exclusively!

This was my first visit and not my last. Excellent customer service! Many places you go, the employees could care less about the customers. Not at JSI! An employee approached me and asked if I needed assistance finding what I was looking for. The cashier was polite & thorough which made a smooth transaction. Top notch
