What great customer service I received here! Kaitlyn definitely went above and beyond to help with some invitations I needed printed on very short notice, and I could not be more pleased with the way they turned out. Kaitlyn really knows her stuff, and she was so patient and accommodating. Highly recommend!

I've run Genie Care Carpet Cleaners for 30 years now and have small printing needs for invoices, business cards etc. We've used other print companies over the years and have always been unsatisfied with how quickly the other guys have got our order back to us. That all changed the other Tuesday. I walked in and Kim greeted me with such a smile and knowledge of the print business that I had to give them a try!

Two days later on Thursday Jack had my order ready and waiting! I was in shock. All the other guys (who are out of business now) used to take a month to get us our order. I highly recommend Table Rock Printers to anyone who has a printing need (big or small) and will use them again.

I've used Table Rock Printers several times and for the most part, they did great work at a super affordable price, hence why I kept going back. But yesterday, I had a pretty terrible experience with Jack Perry, who I assume is the owner. We were having some communication issues about layout. Jack became short with me, and rude to the point that I felt I needed say something/defend myself, which I think consisted of "DUDE!", but a defense nonetheless. Jack then angrily handed me my flash drive, told me to leave, and refused to help me.

He even started throwing out personal attacks like "You think you're always right." Which hey, maybe that is true. I'm open to considering that criticism, but not in a print shop. I'm not your employee, I am your customer. And I am paying you. I actually responded with, "I really don't understand what I did to upset you. I like this print shop and I come here because of the quality of your prints." That didn't seem to make a difference, so I left.

I still don't understand what I did to set him off. Since then, I've gone to Accuprint--and they were more than happy to work with me on my project and were extremely helpful and patient. And to top it off, their prints were better. The owner there is also very nice, and does not make communication some kind of weird power struggle. Sorry BOUT it, Jack.
