This company Franklin Printing is terrible and not reliable because it took a month to print my receipt books. When I tried to call them they put me on hold and when they come back and they ask me the same question but they don't have answers for my questions why took them so long still not done.

I've use Franklin Printing on many different occasions for handouts such as flyers, rack cards, postcards and retractable banners. They provide quick turnaround times without negatively effecting the quality of the products. I would definitely recommend them!

I needed a quick job so I can start handling out business cards. Rey who did my lay out( I left it up to him to set up my card) I was very happy with what he done this the 4 stars.it would have been 5 but we had issues with their paying method.whit is on- line. Over half an hour to try and pay. And I still don't know if I payed it.

The company I work for uses Franklin for all of our printing needs. From business cards to banners and backdrops. They are always on top of things and never miss a deadline, even on a time crunch.

We placed an order for some brochures. The color wasn't quite right and the print wasn't as crisp as it should have been. I was prepared for fight! Boy was I wrong. I went back to the office with my samples in hand to show them my concerns. When I arrived, the owner greeted me and listened to my problem and asked to see the samples I brought He acknowleded my concerns and agreed to reprint the order! No arguement. What great customer service! We have been very happy with all of the products we've purchased from Franklin Printing in the past!

My husband and I just had one of the nicest experiences we've had in a while. Ed Domantay, the general manager, helped us with a small photo printing project which we were unable to complete at the usual places like Fed Ex or Target. Even though his company does not normally handle small orders like ours, he took the time and made the effort to get us what we needed. I recently started an art store on a website selling prints of my original pieces. I went looking around for a good local shop as to support small businesses, and wanted a place that could give me high quality prints with definition and color that really captures what the artwork looks like in person. I placed an order with Franklin Printing online and was amazed at the quality of the prints when I picked them up.

It took about 2 business days for them to be ready, but I also selected no rush for them at checkout, and still felt as if they were ready very quickly after they were put into production. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, and I will certainly be using their services again.

This place was amazing! I was visiting Vegas for a class reunion. In a panic I called every printing shop near me. The backdrop I ordered did not show up from Hawaii. It was a blessing when I got in touch with this place. They went above and beyond from the first call! They got my order done 2 hrs before I expected. They called to make sure and follow up that everything was done right! I worked with Joe and Caleb They were both amazing help! They took a huge weight off of my shoulders. And they were very resonable also! I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Came in based off the quality printing and service my girlfriend recieved in the past; And Im so glad I did; the service, customer service, and product was exceptional! Great customer service. I didn't know anything about printing flyers or cards. That sat down explain everything in detail and I love what I ordered ahead of schedule. They are great I would highly recommend them.

I LOVE Franklin! I use them for everything at the school I work at (I'm a graphic designer). We order everything from postcards and greeting cards, to large-scale banners. They are super friendly, their colors are accurate, beautiful quality, fast turnaround, and they make the ordering process easy to navigate. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent service! High quality prints. I cannot say enough good things about this place. My company attended a conference in Vegas and I needed booklets printed, bound and delivered less than 24 hours. I ran off the plane straight to this location. Samantha collected my half finished project, made corrections in photoshop, color corrected, retyped and resized and had my project ready for me in the AM on Sunday (she was kind enough to open shop for me to pick up)! Exceeded my expectations; her attention to detail was truly impressive! I'm so thankful and will go back next year for the SHOT show madness :)
