We delivered a high speed, non-contact system for verifying cuvette dimensional accuracy and integrity, reducing inspection times by a factor of 10. Industrial inkjet printheads are impressive technology, requiring micron-level manufacturing precision. We built a system to inspect the nozzle plates with sub-micron resolution to help automate production for one of the top printhead manufacturers worldwide.

The JetXpert uses top-of-the-line imaging technology to show you what's happening inside your printer so you can improve it. Half micron resolution with a 8 million fps-equivalent exposure time means that drops, mist, and satellites are clearly visible, even ones smaller than 1pL in size. We built this system from the optics up, and it shows.
Demanding applications call for extremely accurate drop size and placement. The JetXpert 3D uses dual cameras and optics to analyze a drop in orthogonal planes for full shape and trajectory analysis. The JetXpert 3D uses the same, top-of-the-line imaging technology as the original JetXpert, with half micron resolution and an 8 million fps-equivalent exposure time.
