We offer one of the fastest standard turn-around times in the industry! Our shirts print just 6 business days after you approve the artwork and ship the following day. Are you in an even bigger hurry for some fast screen printing or fast embroidery? Don't worry, we also offer rush services and expedited shipping so you can have your custom T-shirts even faster.
Once your order is placed, at least two Broken Arrow production professionals will review your design to make sure it is perfect and ready to print. Typically completed within about 1 business day, your proof will include design details such as ink color, print size, print location, etc. Once you place your order, our graphic artists will get to work creating your free custom design.

I ordered 24 shirts from Broken Arrow with multiple designs colors and details. The website and art upload was easy to navigate, and when my shirts came they were FANTASTIC.until I washed and dried a couple of them. They were digitally printed, not screen. I am aware digital printing does not last as long as screen printing but 1 wash? I immediately emailed Broken Arrow customer service with pictures and inquiring what could be done. Breanna from customer service was AWESOME!
She asked me to return ALL the shirts to be re-heat pressed and said they will replace the couple of shirts that got damaged and send them all back. at no cost to me! I went ahead and ordered 44 more shirts for my Son and his shipmates in the Navy.can't say enough about this company and they're customer service. TOP NOTCH.I would recommend them to anyone!

I wanted to properly thank the staff at Broken arrow for their awesome customer service. Katie informed me she had the first sweatshirt pulled for a redo, stating it didn't meet their standards and were redoing it. I had 3 separate logos front, back and sleeve. Well, I did get the final product. on time and it really was perfect. Thanks so much for your efforts Broken Arrow. I love it!, and the quality of the shirt is great too. I wish I had a picture but I am at work, I hope to post one as a follow up. - will def order again.

Rachel Sheer was amazing! She was so easy to work with and responded quickly in a timely, which is a whole lot better than what we got from a previous company. We loved the sweatshirts! Everyone is enjoying the sweatshirts and is looking forward to wearing it and are very excited! We are very satisfied with our order, and just wanted to let you know how thankful we are.
We plan on ordering another smaller batch of the same sweatshirts for those that didn't get a chance to order one, they we're definitely jealous of the new gear and kept asking when they can order.

The customer service was excellent, a representative was in close contact throughout the process and was very quick to respond so that I could get my order going in a timely process! They were also patient with me when I got confused and willing to explain things in a clear way so that my order was compatible with their guidelines. The shirts look amazing and the printing is great, I love that they offer high quality t-shirts! Order arrived right on schedule, too! Highly recommend and would use again.

After much research, Broken Arrow had the best prices for our school shirts. I worked with Rachel Sheer and she was so helpful and easy to work with! Our shirts came quickly, were great quality, and it was SO worth the small extra cost to have them pre-packaged and labeled. Will definitely be using them again!

I worked with Michelle and Katie on a special order for my daughter using 3-4 different logos. This was hands down the BEST customer service experience of my life. I needed many revisions and artistic help. The order was complex and they never made me feel as though I was asking too much. They worked tirelessly until I had 3 separate orders that are truly beautiful and express exactly what I wanted. The hoodies are high quality and incredibly soft. I was impressed with the assistance I received and how great their customer service was to work with. Very customer-oriented. I emailed several times to ensure they could delete the background for me, and I heard back nearly right away each time. Easy to create your personalized shirt!
