David and Tracy are some of the kindest people I've met. They helped me print a booklet I needed for a graphic design class that was due the next day, and helped me through the process of printing. They were extremely understanding and patient, and David gave me some very valuable tips and information about the printing and design industry. I had originally had issues with getting my daughter's invites on time. It was due printer problems they were experiencing. I gave a review accordingly and ended up getting the invites printed at Office Depot, but the quality was not the same. A Better Copy felt bad about my experience and went out of their way to get a gift and card for my daughter on her birthday. They even matched the gift to the theme of the invites. I have NEVER had a business care so much as to do something as kind as this! What a lovely business to care so much!

This company is the perfect example of "you get what you pay for." I probably could've ordered cheaper business cards online, but I'm glad I didn't. Michael's attention to detail and genuine interest in getting my business cards just the way I wanted was priceless. The ease of communication with Michael and Christine was wonderful, and my cards were done within a couple of days and look perfect!

Couldn't ask for better service. We ordered work order forms from these guys and they worked with us to edit to our liking. Pricing was right on point. But what made their service excellent was when I came into pay for the work order forms on a Friday, I accidentally left my credit card at in their shop. I thought I had lost it until I got a call on a Saturday from Rusty and Dave letting me know they had my credit card.

I was having lunch with my family on beach side and Dave came all the way out to the restaurant and handed me back my credit card since I was leaving for a business trip that Monday. You sure as hell don't find service like this anymore. I couldn't happier that Dave took the time out of his day to make sure I had my credit card back. Dave, thanks for your first rate service! You definitely have all my future business.

Rarely write a bad review but i had to this time, Had to have a order of books done two times. First time no directions were followed that i gave them. The 2nd time book print was made so small it was hard to read. Spent close to $500 and very disappointed. The girl in the office, could not answer one question. Not sure i would ever go back.

Fantastic customer service and quality. I had a time-sensitive project that I needed printed on an uncommon size of paper. None of the other printing places around here could help me, but someone recommended A Better Copy. They went above and beyond to get my project completed quickly, even with such a time crunch.

They provide quality products and services at a great rate and quick turnaround. I needed a 107 page screenplay printed up recently on short notice and hole punched and put in a nice binder with coversheet on front and inside the binder and they did precisely what I asked and they did it fast.

My wife and I needed some creative printing done for our daughter's wedding program. A Better Copy did an outstanding job with the typesetting, design and printing for this task. We also used their service to print envelopes for the wedding guests. It was not an easy task and one a lesser printer would have avoided. Thanks for the great work. They are our trusted source now.

A Better Copy was able to do wedding programs for our daughter's wedding. That job was as good as it could have been and matched up perfectly with our custom ordered invitations. We will treasure that memento. We had another request to place our return address on some envelopes. We know that is a difficult process, but they did it beautifully.
