Beautiful embroidery! The staff was friendly and did a great job on the embroidery on my daughters' Dream Duffel dance bags. We've been going to them for almost 6 years now and have been happy with all our orders.

Just left this place. I came to have my daughter's dance bag embroidered and stood in the store for literally 5 minutes and was never helped or greeted. There were people in the back but the front was a ghost town. at least the wait gave me time to google somewhere else to go. You guys should lock your doors and maybe go by appointment only, that way you don't lose more than just business. I could have robbed the place blind and nobody would have noticed.

The two stars are only because it was done on time. The work was sloppy with no attention to detail! We've been passing around the same item to be engraved for 13 years and it has never been messed up until now. Extremely disappointed. And when it was pointed out the response was "we tried." If you have another option and care about your product, go elsewhere!

Have been going there for years they do great work but the husband and wife owners are not very pleasant to deal with the lady just went back in her office and was like I don't handle anything out there.so why did you come out?

So much great things to say about this place. Ima try to sum it up the best I could. First off I'd like to say thank you soo very much to both owners of this place a couple who I look up to highly. And there whole team is elite. I'm talking from silk screening, to embroidery. To heat press. They are an amazing team who focuses primarily on the customer's satisfaction.

Excellent place to get your embroidery done. The one person on staff that makes the whole team stand out is Moses Soto. I don't know if he is the manager or the assistant manager, but the guy knows what he is doing and with a sense of urgency. Calm and professional, kind and knowledgeable about what you like to see on your shirts, plaques, jackets or cups and pens. Stop by here and ask for Moses!
