I decided to go with this company because my company used them and until they messed up my order via the shipping details, they were very responsive. Once I noticed them that there was an issue with my order two weeks ago, I have not heard back from them, even after a followup e-mail that I sent earlier this week. Needless to say I will not be using their services again due to the terrible customer service.
If an error was made on your part, as a business you should apologize and rectify it. Not ignore a customers e-mails for two weeks. As I write this review, I still have not received a response. Very disappointing.

These guys are amazing. They made every step super easy and convinient for me. I needed logo designing and label printing for my company, and I had no idea where to start. I found them by searching on google and their company happened to be the best result I could ask for. Best pricing, very accurate and helpful team. Special thanks to Robin and Tina.
