Neutek Print

The company I work for, UltraCraft Cabinetry, has used CPCneutek for our printing needs for the past several years. We're always very pleased with their response time and professionalism. I can't imaging using someone else for the large amount of print projects we work on throughout the year. Our contact at CPCneutek, Tom Aston, is one of the main reasons we always choose them for our printing needs. Love CPCneutek. We do a wide variety of work from your run of the mill basic print items to very high-end unique pieces. I have been working with them for about ten years and they have been a great partner. On the complicated items we team up with our sales rep Melissa (awesome person) early in the design process to help think about design possibilities and options.

She is great at making suggestions to streamline the process and help be mindful of cost. The team at CPCneutek is very communicative during printing process, everything from proofs, mock-ups, press checks and delivery. The press people have been great on holding color and making sure the quality is held through the entire process. I have worked with printers across the US and they are one of, if not the best.

The only items that is not top notch is the coffee. Luckily they often have peppermint creamer that helps. So if you are looking for an awesome printer I highly recommend them, but bring your own coffee.

I have printed 100s of items with CPC/neutek (formerly CPC Solutions) and have had a great overall experience. The sales personnel that I have dealt with have been responsive and professional -- with a bit of a personal touch thrown in. The customer service reps are excellent, responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. The shop's work is excellent -- consistent color, nearly perfect bindery, and on-time shipping of time sensitive projects, Over the past 10+ years I have had a couple of issues, all were resolved fairly and to my satisfaction. Thanks for all the great work CPC.

Great printer! We do events all around the country and they are able to produce our materials and expedite ship our collateral in an incredibly timely fashion. Really lucky we have found such an reliable, consistent printer to work with!

Great printer!
