OMWord! Had a last minute print job needed to deliver to my boss visiting in town. John Van Hoy and his team pulled the bunnies out of the hat and made the delivery ahead of schedule. My experience was one of the best printing transactions I have had. I would definitely recommend Creative Color for their responsiveness, professionalism and customer service response. What a team!

As an artist, I've used these guys a few times and have been incredibly satisfied with the work. They're a small, full production print shop with graphic designers on site. They've worked individually with me to make sure I'm happy with the prints produced. If I didn't like them, they redid them right away. If you want great customer service make sure you get a chance to talk to the designers because they handle everything before it goes back to print.

Used this printer for a really straight forward black and white printed custom cut card stock job. There was so much variation (more than 3/8" shift) on a 6" card over the run of 2000. I ended up with Wave Printing. So glad Creative Color did not want my business. Wave Printing delivers on what they promise.

My initial experience was very positive - completing my job on time and exactly as I had wanted. Additional subsequent smaller jobs were also done promptly and to my satisfaction. However, that has changed significantly over the past few months. The work I have given them has not been completed as requested nor has it been completed promptly. Additionally, rather than them notifiying me when the jobs were complete I had to periodically "ping" them to see what the status was.

All in all it was putting too much of the burden on me and I could no longer afford the time spent waiting for them to finally get my jobs correct and then notifying me when they were done. I have gone elsewhere.

This place not professional. They are rude, incompetent and waisted 6 hours of my time. They can't color match a painting.

Just an amazing company! I found myself with a sudden marketing event on my hands and needed a huge amount of marketing material in a ridiculously short amount of time. Creative Color was wonderful! I had an appointment within the day and John (the president) and Jennifer (the graphic designer) sat down with us. They were extremely attentive and knowledgeable, and made a ton of excellent suggestions for our event.

Within a few days we had beautiful brochures, shirts, a banner, business cards, and a stand-alone table display. They were all gorgeous! The digital printing and small print runs make it possible for a small company like ours to look terrific next to our much-larger competitors. I was also incredibly impressed by the amount of communication throughout the week as they prepared our materials, and with how quickly they were able to learn about our company and translate it into a brochure. If you're shopping for a graphic design company, this one will deliver spectacularly!
