Helpful staff, many who speak English if you ask. You can print a train ticket for 70 cents (euro) very quickly. Helped me out when I was just about to miss a train because I needed a physical ticket.

Speed was an understatement. Sent my thesis to print on Saturday night. Got a confirmation the day after that it was ready for pick up on Monday 8:30am. Staff was more than friendly and the quality is excellent! I can only recommend this place!
