I was impressed by the amount of time Jon was willing to spend to help me better understand how to prepare my files for printing in a way that saved both of us time and money. Now thanks to him my trips to print are quicker and easier on everyone, because I do some weird projects and they are always willing to help. If proved the better to teach a man to fish parable or in this case better to teach a man how to prepare PDFs. Thanks

Very reasonably priced! But please take into note that my review took place in the time of the Covid19 Quarantine. For mother's day my business is making photo transfer signs. I had been driving all over Stevens Point just looking for a place to have photos printed at a reasonable price. I ended up talking to a female employee outside and she told. me to email my photos in with what kind of photos I'd like. Having never done this, I emailed them two different times.
The first email with my 5x7s and the second email with my 8x10s. I also let them know that I needed two copies of each photo. THE FIRST TIME. The male employee brings me a bag of photos that had just been printed since it's.

I just left the store and felt really upset at how I was handled. I came in to get some questions answered and the older gentleman behind the counter was short with every question I was asking. Because he didn't allow me to finish my sentences, I BEGAN to feel like I didn't know I was asking. I only wanted to see if I can use their laminator to heat press red foil onto my wedding invitations so I can present them to my clients.
I asked if there was a self-service laminator but before I can even explain why I need it as I was still talking, he cut me off to tell me in a condescending manner that there is no self serve laminator. He was also cutting me of when I asked about print pricing. He could've waited until I was done asking to tell me I cannot use the store's laminator for that. (On a side note, He doesn't even seem to know that the laminator can be used for that manner either and told me that it can't do that and can only be used to laminate documents.) I only came in to inquire information so I can see how to proceed with my client's project. I didn't feel welcomed so not sure if this store is a choice for me.

Last Friday I came into this location an hour before close and the staff there were beyond helpful. I was greeted and helped by the store manager, Jon. I needed a bunch of copies made and I explained the situation to him and he was receptive and patient. I had to have the copies done before end of day because they were needed for Saturday and Jon was able to deliver. I cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely be coming back here for my future copying needs.

I can't begin to express how wonderful and helpful that Justin was at the LaCrosse DigiCOPY location. I had a large order of funeral programs I needed printed in WI. even though I live 1700 miles away in AZ. I requested an online quote and he called me the very next day, taking care of every need. I never saw a preview.just told him what I needed. over the phone.
The programs turned out beautiful.just perfect, folded for us and wraped professionally in plastic covering so to not get damaged in transit! And he couldn't have been more helpful or courteous when we came to pick them up in person. Friendly to me and my whole family. *update* I was contacted by the store manager a couple hours after the below post/review of my recent customer service experience. Apologies were made and the issue promptly taken care of with regard to reprinting on the correct paper type, but not the refund the rep & the rep I thought was the manager told me they would do. The reprints were ready. to go when I entered the store.
The store manager verified for me that this would be used as a training tool to help coach staff and that he was working with corporate regarding a refund. Having been a retail store manager it's a call that you make at the store level, it doesn't take a week or more, especially within a smaller company to work.

I have worked with DigiCOPY for the last five years. They have always been easy to work with, friendly, courteous and timely on delivery of the job. Barbara and her staff work hard to solve any questions or issues that may arise. I'm not sure what happened with the other reviewers, but I use this DigiCopy all the time with my posters and they are not only always very nice and helpful but the quality is awesome. When I got my wedding invitations done here, the woman that helped us spent a TON of time formatting and showing us examples, which I know she didn't have to do. They really want you to be satisfied, and I am so thankful for their work!

Awful. I'm a co-president for a student organization for UWSP and we went to Digicopy to have 35 posters printed to advertise an event. The other co-president and one of our officers picked up the posters and pulled them out before they left and realized 17 of the 35 posters were noticeably purple in color and there was a pea-sized white and purple dot right on the head of the statue depicted on our posters.
The employee apparently was unenthusiastic or apologetic about the mistake and made it seem like it was a HUGE hassle to reprint the 17 obviously bad copies. They did reprint the posters for us, but here's the kicker: they STILL had the same big white and purple spot in the same place and had the same purple tint. Come on, Digicopy. Obviously it wasn't a problem with our file, as the first part of our initial order printed just fine. They don't check their prints, you don't get a refund if they screw them up. Thanks, Digicopy, for wasting our time and money.
