I like how they call back and follow up on orders. we didn't end up completing our project but love how they advised us on it!

This small business definitely provided WOW service at a very reasonable price. We wrote up the first vol of our family history to give as a Christmas gift to our family. Editing of the 150 pg +/- document was down to the wire to be able to reach family around the US. The staff gave us clear guidance by phone, turned out a draft of our document in less than 24 hours & a final production of the 14 copies early enough the next day so that we could make the mail the Fri before Christmas.

You might say "What's the big deal if you gave them an electronic file?" Well not everyone's software is compatible with other versions of software - which was potentially the case here. The staff did what they could to insure a clean conversion so that we were able to quickly scan and approve the final pass. This shop was not right around the corner for us as we live over the hill in Alamo. We'll definitely use this service again for Vol 2 of our family history.

Greg from the Pleasanton location helped me to create a "Now Open" banner for my new business. He came up with the template and had the banner printed in days! He even helped to transfer the finished product over to the Walnut Creek location since it was more convenient for me to pick up there. Boris also helped me out with some last minute window address decals and helped to get them done ASAP! The work was so clean and executed exactly as I had envisioned. I came here to make a bunch of stuff for my wedding a few weeks ago. Place cards, a seating map, signs for the bar, signs for the first book, signs for cards and gifts, and a big welcome to the wedding sign. They all turned out wonderful. They are very reasonably priced, make really beautiful signs, and have great service. I made both large foam board signs and smaller signs in cardstock. I worked with Boris mostly; awesome copy shop!

Thank you Copy Station! I came here to get some color prints done on card stock for my classroom. I had a very small order, but they were so accommodating and helpful. Prices were way better than what you would get at any of the bigger chains (Staples, Kinkos, etc.) For around ten dollars I was able to make over twenty beautiful photo prints on card stock. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area.

I was very impressed with everyone's professionalism and attention to detail. They were so fast and on top of things! We placed a big order for business cards, letterhead, gift certificates, menu of services, etc and Borris and his team were amazing! Copy Station is fantastic! I had a late-breaking job that I needed done in 30 mins before close. They stayed 5 mins past closing for me while I was fighting traffic and offered service with a smile. Paper selection was far better than expected for 1/3 cheaper than the competition. I'll definitely be back!

This copy services shop offers beautiful, color-accurate laser prints, at prices lower than nearby competition. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly -- terrific customer service! They are now my go-to copy shop. Highly recommended!

These guys are absolutely the most reliable printer I've used. They work with me to make my projects look good and remain affordable! Boris and his team are easy to talk to, never impatient with file changes, and always make the best effort to get my products done fast. So it's 4:50 when I get to Copy Station. I had called ahead to see that they could do my last, last minute color job. The guy on the phone told me they were closing at 5pm, but could to the job. I get there and Jake cranks it up. The job involves multiple PDF files that need to printed in color, duplex on heavy stock. Less than 40 minutes later, I'm out the door with an awesome box of brochures headed to a trade show at 6am.

Oh - the price is 1/3rd of the FedEx Office price. Yeah. 1/3rd. Jake, thank you for an AWESOME JOB. As Arnold said, "I'll be baaack." YIKES - I didn't pay attention to the address. I met Jake and had our work done at the PLEASANTON location!

We used Copy Station to print out several 4ft by 3ft banners for use in the Mountain House 4th of July Parade this year. I was very pleased with the end results, and we received numerous compliments on our float. The banners are made of a good sturdy material, and we hope to use them for years to come. In addition to the quality of work we received, the staff was very helpful in being sure we got a size that would work for what we were doing.

This is the best place for all your printing needs! The staff was extremely helpful and it seemed they went above and beyond. The prices are very reasonable. I called around and they were by far the cheapest (almost half the price of Kinkos) for my copying needs. I highly highly recommend :)

This was my printing company when I worked in the building. They were always fast, helpful and friendly. Always had the job done on time or earlier than quoted. I remember one time when I had a conference I had to attend and ran out of business cards that same day! And I had to leave for the conference in 2 hours! Copy Station came through and saved the day with time to spare! You can upload your print job online and be assured that the job will get done correctly and on time. They saved my ass more than a couple of times!
