Draftech has been serving Sonoma County since 1983. Today we continue the same level of customer service and remain locally owned and operated. Was quoted around $22 for converting 3 books to spiral bound binding and was told I would be called when it was done. No call and was charged $28 in the end because employee had made a mistake with pricing (didn't call to confirm). $21 was already a bit more than it was worth to me, not sure why I agreed to even pay the extra, but wasn't happy about it.
