3 Years ago I used Color Dots, today they had my review pulled. The owner originally replied via Yelp with a snotty note. An apology would have gone a lot futher! So, I will tell you in more detail of the poor service. I gave my order to a young lady letting her know exactly what I wanted for my logo, cards, etc. After two weeks and not hearing anything, I went in, no one was available to help me, I was told to come back.
A week later, I return only to find out the gal working on my project was gone. I now had to work with a new person. Since they couldn't find my file, I gave them the info all over again. I was sent a proof which was nothing like I had requested/shown them. Another 2 weeks goes by and I hear nothing, so I call. I was told to come in they had another proof.
I went in and after searching, they find my file and it was not what I had requested. I gave them a thumb drive of what I wanted. Ok, I get to wait another two weeks. When I went back, it was not ready. The owner said he would take care of it and it would be ready in a week. So, after 2 different people, the owner and many weeks and visits, my logo, cards, and letterheads were finally ready. Not even so much as an apology for all the hassle. The owner acted like he could care less I was upset. So, you have a re-write of the poor service from Color Dots.

I needed to print a banner, brochures and a few spiral bound notebooks which I thought would be really hard to find within a budget. Everywhere else that I went to quoted me a ridiculous amount but then I went to Color Dots and got a really good deal! They were also really good quality too which surprised me for the price! A+ print shop! Definitely my new go-to place!

I own Essence Hair Salon in Pasadena and for the past 6 years color dots takes care of all my printing needs and I highly recommend this business. Raffi and his teem are very professional and efficient, the final product is always on time and I'm never disappointed with the results. They are also great on designing different marketing products for my business; banners, coffee mugs, stickers, note pads, menus, flyers, business cards. WORST company to deal with! The owner Raffi is not a man of his word! He does not deliver his items on time, which left me frustrated. He knew i had a deadline but he did not care and gave me bad attitude. This company which i've been dealing with for years gave me terrible customer service even to his loyal customers! I dont recommend anyone to do business with this company.

I had the shirts for my business made here and it was an excellent experience. Very personable service, we sat down, came up with two T-shirt and two polo designs (his and her) and placed our logo. A week later I was very pleased with the results! Good quality fabric, good print, and reasonable price. Thank you Color Dots!
