BBB assisted in the recovery of >$2K in fees from Ticketmaster. The venue rules had changed after the ticket purchase and the venue authorized a refund, but Ticketmaster continued to reply with delays and redirects in an attempt to keep the money. BBB persisted and Ticketmaster finally refunded the tickets. While a company may play the distraction game on the bet that the consumer will give up, BBB was my last hope and champion.

BBB is an awesome consumer protection agency that is Free. For any corrupt or unjust business, the BBB will confront them with your complaint within a few days. Interesting how I constantly was ignored for months by several unethical/greedy businesses, and within days they took action and refunded my money. Do not wait to file your legitimate complaint and watch them suddenly take you serious and give you the justice you deserve.
Highly recommend for anyone who was scammed or were treated wrong in a business transaction. Justice.feels amazing! Avoid Ticketmaster.they have awful customer service and ignore all communication with anything except taking your money.

This BBB provided the needed assistance to motivate Ring, Inc to refund $85 for an item I ordered from them that became unavailable. Ring acknowledged that the money should be refunded but excessive bureaucratic issues prevented that from happening. Once the BBB got involved, Ring's indifferent attitude changed immediately They began emailing me every 2 to 3 days, to make sure I was happy with the refund and apologized for any inconvenience I experienced. I really can't thank the BBB enough, for the great job they did

I needed help to solve the issue I was having. BBB was absolutely the perfect way to go. Within a week I heard from the company and they did correct my issue! I know that without BBB my issue would not be solved as I had sent them numerous communication! I will totally get in touch with BBB in the future to help me resolve any issues that come up

I had a fraudulent charge deducted from my checking account. I was unable to contact the company by phone, and their website wanted me to sign up and pay for assistance. It was at this time I reached out to the BBB. They went t o work for me immediately, and my issue was resolved within 36 hours. The money was returned to my account and I even got a call from management apologizing for the error, and yes I saved the phone call lest this happen again. Do not be hesitant to contact the BBB, this is what they are here for. They speak for us in these situations, when we are not able to contact someone for ourselves.

The BBB was an awesome answer to a problem I had with a large business over 3 1/2 months. I fought with them on my own to no avail. Filing a complaint with the BBB was so easy and they had my issue resolved within a few days. I can't thank them enough for shaking this large company up to return money owed to me. Granted it wasn't a lot of money, but after 3 1/2 months, it had to do more with principal than the amount they owed. It was the fact they owed it to me and I just keep getting the run around from Direct TV, which was wrong. Thank you BBB

BBB was instrumental in getting my refund from Ticketmaster. After 1.5yr of unsuccessful attempts to reach someone on Ticketmaster side, I reached out to BBB. I explained the issue and attached all supporting documentation (e-mail order receipts, correspondence with TM customer service agents, ticket transfer e-mails etc.) via BBB online claim form. BBB agent reached out to TM and my refund was issued within 10 business days. Thank you BBB!

BBB is my go to when disputing charges from dishonest vendors. I used BBB when AT&T charged me for cancellation fees even though I wasn't under contract; when I was charged for "dead on arrival plants" I purchased and the seller was giving me credit to use for more plants instead of refund; eBay seller who received my return but wouldn't refund the money, - just a few examples.
The complaint form is easy to use and you always get the acknowledgement and updates even if the vendor doesn't respond. Most of my complaints were resolved to my satisfaction thanks to BBB.
