So I applied there for an entry level job no experience needed position. Did the phone interview with Maggie which went well. Said they would call me for an on-site interview. Never got the call for the on-site interview instead they emailed me and said we have decided to pursue other more qualified applicants. How can there be more qualified applicants for an entry-level job?
There can't be. They run background checks credit checks and more than likely are using that as an excuse not to hire me but just won't tell me. Pretty poor they can't be honest with me.

Girlfriend worked here for almost 2 years up until this past week and came home crying just about every day after work. Horrible HR dept in the neenah location that sides with managers every time. Jill McClintock the manager of Estimating dept sets certain individuals up for failure and avoids workplace problems by choosing to ignore them and blaming the employee for lack of training and efficiency even after being brought up to HR numerous times, very passive aggressive/judge mental, once she finds a reason to dislike you everyone in the dept soon will afterwards. This company needs to fix alot in the office area of management. She's never had issues with any place of employment until now. STAY AWAY!
