Oh my terrible service called to ask about prices on business cards was told 70$ price for 500 cards but online you can customize and get 500 for 20$ So i asked if there was a reason for the price she tells me they dont wanna give there work away and that its local so thats why they tax you 50$ haha ill just order it have it by tomorrow not the type to make reviews like this but found it funny, ridiculous

Rude and UNPROFESSIONAL! I'm getting married and I have been VERY stressed about my invites. So much has gone on with them and I am nervous that they won't come out perfect- I mean I'm a bride, it's gonna happen! So I call to ask about samples (I was willing to pay for one by the way) and as the nervous bride I am wondered if they had some kind of guarantee (like you find on ANY invitation website)- that's when the representative says, "oh I see how you're trying to pin me down, I see what kind of hole we're getting into" so this lady thinks I was trying to CON her into some kind of binding word or agreement.
Not everyone is trying to scam their way into a discount. Maybe we just want quality work! Due to her ignorance she missed out in a huge order. I'm highly offended and the customer service at this shop is LACKING.

Found my new printer! They saved me on a last minute project not only with very quick turnaround, but the communication and quality is top notch! Their thick card stock is thicker than you will find on hand most places and they didn't need to "send it off" to have.125" punch holes made. Ditch your online service and keep it local, dependable, personable, fast and awesome quality!
