Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Tried to use this company. They couldn't even answer basic questions, have to go back to using a vendor out of Texas because I cant find a decent vendor in Florida.

I submitted an order for 12 Navy Blue Caps on Thursday Sept 12, 2019 with Embroided lettering on the front. Dustin Tibbs promised to get them to me the next evening even if he had to work late. They were ready on Friday the 13th as promised and I was 110% thrilled as we used them on Saturday 9/14/19 for a Charitable Event. Tibbs Tee's went above and beyond for us by expediting our order and staying late to help our organization when other companies just laughed at my request. Dropped 1 item of to have a patch put on it about 5 weeks ago. Have heard nothing about the status of my order. Called and left a voicemail and did not receive a call back. Called again last Monday and was told it could be ready by Friday and that the guy working on it would get back to me, never happened. Called again this morning for a status update, job still hasn't even been started!

How can it take less time to make a brand new jersey and ship it out of state than it does to have a simple patch put on by a "professional" shop. Unreal. Would not recommend unless you preorder what you need 6 months in advance. I'm guessing they do one stitch per day.

Quick turn around and perfect every time! They have been our go to place for 12 years and counting.
