The worst printing experience I've ever have. The quality is ok, but the service is horrible. I wanted to print 60 pieces 11*17 posters double sided for my spring show. My show was on May 16th. I emailed them my file on May 10th(Friday). And gave them a call to make sure they got my file and I can pick up my file before May 16th(Thursday). The lady who picked up the call said they are super busy at this time, they can't check any email and file and let me call them back on Monday to confirm the print.
I can't wait them until Monday. I have to be ready to print it on somewhere else. I don't want to wait until last a few days, i don't have any other options if they said no. So I decided to print it by myself. They didn't give me any calls and emails until 16th May to confirm the order. I don't even know they've started to print my poster and it's ready for pick up.
They only sent me an email on May 16th. THE DAY OF MY SPRINH SHOW. I was so busy on the show. So I didn't see the email. And they sent me email again in the next day on May 17th. They said they've tried to contact me several times. They've just sent me an email one day before. What do they mean several times? They don't even confirm the printing with me.
They are just so rude. Then I have to pay $160 for 60 posters. But my spring show already ended. I don't need them anymore. I won't suggest any my classmates and coworkers to print their design at this place. The experience is just horrible.

They are the best thing that ever happened to my greeting card company. The quality of Graphic Imagery's printing is, by far, the best in the entire Bay Area. Graphic Imagery is great! A #1 super-duper awesome. I use them for all my printing needs and would recommend them to anyone. Stuart is friendly, professional and polite. The helpful team at GI turned around thank you notes and business cards for our nonprofit very quickly. I appreciated their willingness to work with us to find the right stock and put in a special order. Despite being very busy, they always provided timely responses and we were able to hit our deadline. We'll definitely turn to GI again in the future!

I recently used GI to print 150 or so postcards of my wedding "save the date"s and they did a really awesome and speedy job. Im a graphic designer myself who knows a bit about print and what makes a good service provider. These guys matched my colors perfectly the first time, had a hard proof ready for me within hours of receiving the file, and did the entire job the next day, of course it was a small job, i dont want to promise they can do your job that quickly, but with their digital press right there, theres no sending out the job and waiting a week for it. I would use these guys again in a heart-beat.
