We are starting a new business and went to Lafayette Printing to get help in making signs and banners. Joanne who we talked to was not very pleasant she came off rude and didn't help us with what we needed. We tried asking question and she got real defensive like we was suppose to know everything that they had, like I said this was our first time and was wanting some help.
We will not be going back there we went to Instant Copy on Main St in Lafayette and they was willing to help us with what we needed and even helped us with designs and a lot cheaper.

Lafayette printing is an excellent company to work with. Our business has ordered several products from them. The process is easy and they are very fast with production. I recently had an issue with an order, and I couldn't be more happy with how it was resolved. The big companies will question the error, and then find a way to place the fault on the customer. Lafayette Printing acknowledged the error and had it resolved in less than a day.
You might spend a little more with Lafayette Printing in comparison with some of the online vendors. But when you have an issue with an online order, you will be left with a big headache and little resolution. Take my advice- pay a little bit more for quality products and exceptional customer service. You won't regret it!
