One of the worst companies we have ever dealt with. They are one of our vendors (well.not any more) and it is like pulling teeth to get answers or products from them. Staff is inaccessible. Unresponsive. Had to leave multiple emails and voicemails before we get a response. On multiple instances it has taken them weeks to inform us that a product is not in stock. with no alternative options proposed.
Why would it take that long? Could they not tell us within 24 hours that something is not in stock and here are the alternatives? On another instance we received a defective product. Zipper on a sweater was defective. They wanted us to ship the item back to them (on our dime!) so they could send the item to their vendor. Are you kidding me? It is a $25 item.just get me a new one.
But no, I had to order a new one from them at my expense. Guess what? 2 weeks later they tell us the item is no longer in stock! Really? It took you 2 weeks to tell us that! Another time we asked them to send us the.dst files (digitization files) for our logos. Spoke with the owner (really personable fellow.insert sarcastic humor here) and he refused to send us those files.
When pressed for a reason, he said we just don't give out those files. So let me get this straight.we paid you $65 to digitize our logo and now you won't give us those files? If we paid you, we own the file.not you. We are in a similar business and we happily give our clients their artwork if they have paid us to create it. After some reasoning (not sure I got through to him), he agreed to send us the files.
Guess again! Still waiting on those files from over a week ago. We are part of a franchise system and our franchisor is aware of these issues. Too bad we can't rate this company any lower than a 1-star! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

Recently ordered uniforms and shooting shirt for hycp basketball team. Received the uniform but no shooting shirt. Was told that shirts would be available after thanksgiving. Never received an email or call with updated delivery. Visited the location to inquire about shirt. Spoke to someone that stated within the first week of December that shirts maybe available by end of 1st week in December and if not i would receive a call.
Never received a call. I dont care that under armour did not provide the shirts in a timely manner. Nightmare graphics job is to communicate delays and updated delivery to people that have made purchases.this has been a nightmare

Thank you Nightmare Graphics for designing an extraordinary design to commemorate Linganore High Schools 2017 MD State 3A Football Championship. The fast turn-around (less than a week) on over 400 units was amazing! Everyone was so excited to have their order in time for Christmas. As parents and players picked up their orders there was a lot of mind blowing, jaw-dropping, oohing and awing.
Especially over the sublimated hoodie they thought it was phenomenal! With your incredible design and suggestions on additional items we sold, we were able to raise money with the profits to help offset the cost of the boy's championship rings. You were fantastic to work with in 2009 after our last fb championship and your legacy continues today, Thank you! Nightmare Graphics has an amazing team and I would HIGHLY recommend them!

My son made it to states for track and field as a Junior; the only junior in his event. We went to buy some of the event shirts as a keep sake and they did not have my sons size and was told they may have it tomorrow or I could just order them online. Well we were not gong to be at the event the next day so we took a picture of the website and checked periodically for the shirts to be available and after a couple weeks contacted them directly.
We were then told we were given false information and they would not have the shirts for sale. For one the shirts were hideous! Second I could have purchased the other shirts I was planning on getting at the meet. I was vert dissatisfied with their customer service!
