Our paperboard single-serve cups and bowls offer ideal packaging for a variety of foods from instant soup and side dishes to ice cream. These SBS (solid bleached sulfate) paper containers are formed using pre-printed polyethylene-coated sidewalls and have a tightly curled rim for easy sealing to a coated membrane lid.
Our sustainable CanNester containers start with renewable paperboard and reduce package weight by using a single-wall design. In addition, they eliminate excess packaging and waste with high-impact graphics printed directly onto the paper. The nestable, tapered design and lighter weight of the CanNester containers improves shipping and storage space requirements by a ratio of 13 to 1 compared to round, vertical pre-formed containers. The oblong shape of these paperboard containers offers a flat front surface with more billboard space than round cups or bowls.
The Interpress narrow web, in-line folding carton process is ideal for customers who need various print copies within a common carton size. Our "one-pass" printing and die-cutting process allows us to move from one copy to the next with minimal changeover times. Our cartons feature the impact and bold color saturation of 100% solid UV inks printed on SBS paperboard and our die-cut is dust free and without variance due to the tool steel rotary die process.We also employ the latest sheet fed lithographic printing process which creates the most highly refined and consistent imagery available today.
