This is such an outstanding printing shop. I had some major setbacks and was not able to send in my order before they closed Thursday night. They worked with me and got all my prints done with in the first hour of them opening Friday. I know they are busy but I couldn't have been more grateful for them for the kindness & understanding of my situation. Thank for welcoming a visitor from Burley. You guys Rock! I could not be more pleased with my experience at Falls Printing. Our organization was in need of an urgent print job, due to some technical difficulties, and Jeff was a ROCKSTAR in making it happen for us in record time! The quality is fantastic! I was in Idaho Falls on business and looking to print some documents. I was on my way to another business and saw Falls printing. When I walked in I realized they weren't the type of printing company that does small print jobs. However they were happy to help me out and didn't even want to charge me. Great customer service!

. I went in under the impression that they could make regular prints. Even though they don't the lady in the front was still able to help me and made some copies of paperwork I needed done free of charge. She was extremely friendly and if I ever need business cards or anything printed out this would be where I would return to! Thanks again for your help!

I needed to prepare and print a funeral program quickly after my Dad passed away. I wanted something nice, to reflect his life. Jeff Lenz was very helpful in pushing things through. He worked with my graphic designer to sharpen things up and then was able to rush it through printing. It turned out beautiful, great quality. At such a busy crazy time for me I'm grateful that Jeff was willing to help me! I'll go to Falls Printing again.
