Never called back after a week. Then called them and said they would have someone call me back the next day and its been over another week and no response. Will move onto another embroidery business for my needs.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality I've been here with simple embroidery requests such as names on sweatshirts and they couldn't do it. There are much more professional places in the area

Always impressed by how quickly they get the job done! Staff is always super helpful and friendly. It's been easy to reach them by phone or email and they have been super flexible/helpful in the design process!

Very disorganized. Lots of little mistakes. Not tolerant of small orders, more of a commercial business. Take sm orders somewhere else.

Very nice people that work there. Very helpful with questions. Large variety of things inside. I would recommend it to anyone looking to have tee shirts logos printed.

Atrocious service. I ordered 17 shirts and sent them a design. Not only did they change my design without my permission, they also manage to miss 2 shirts upon pick up. Did not seem to have any sort of record keeping, every time I call I have to give them information all over again. Despite paying for the initial deposit of 50% total cost, they charged me full price on pick up.

If I did not have my receipt with me, they would have charged me 150%. Again, I did not see any sort of record keeping. When I found out I'm missing two shirts, I called and again they had to take my phone number down (for the 4th time, no record keeping). I needed all of these shirts for an event today, but despite the fact that they screwed up my order, I had to be on their timeline and fit into their schedule.

I would not go back to them again, and I would strongly caution you to as well. Update: They officially tell me that they don't have sizes to complete my order. Shouldn't they have checked their stock for my order or ordered enough? Extremely frustrating experience.
