White Inks Report

Phoenix White is a high opacity, bleed resistant ink that performs extremely well on 50/50 cotton- poly blends. Its creamy consistency allows this product to work well on automatic presses without any buildup concerns. Very versatile ink that can be used as an underbase, stand alone or highlight white.

Textile Color Concentrates Report

These Color Concentrates have been formulated to provide suitable color dispersions compatible with all of our Plastisol Ink Series. They can be utilized to alter the shades of existing colors, or to create new colors from scratch when incorporated into any of our extensive ink bases.

Nylon Mesh Inks Report

The Nylon Mesh Series is intended for use on nylon mesh jerseys. The Nylon series offers good adhesion and abrasion resistance when properly cured. This product may be flash cured as an under base but must be fully cured to ensure adhesion and wash-fastness. A 150T mesh is recommended. This product may be printed through a range of 86T to 156T meshes.

Triangle Matching System Report

The 900 series provides color matching to popular PMS colors. The matching system consists of intermixable finished inks, which are fully curable. Virtually any color can be selected and matched efficiently by using one of two formula guide options available. Our lab is available via telephone or fax to provide any technical assistance you may need.
