AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We tried to get some assistance from this company on a heat press that was purchased by the previous owners and was pretty much "blown off" saying that we needed to contact the company that manufactured the equipment (instead of the company that put their name on the product!) which is located in China! Thanks for nothing and we'll look elsewhere for new heat presses.
By the way, all we needed was a part number for a relay in the machine and thought that wasn't asking too much. Update: The company just contacted me to tell me I am unprofessional, but never denied the fact that they "blew me off" and didn't help support their machine. Think twice before contacting them and know that there are much better companies out there for heat presses!

I purchased a Compress printer from Graphics One (demo model). I was told it would be under warranty. I paid to have Graphics One come out and install the printer for us. It has never worked as it should. Not even the day the installer left. Calls to Graphics One for support are fruitless. I have been waiting for parts now for several months. This company does not care one bit about it's customers once the sale has been made. Once the sale is done, good luck getting any support.

My company bought a Go Uno printer from Joto Paper in November of 2013. Today is August 1st, 2014. In 9 months we have produced only a few jobs successfully. There have been a number of technical issues with the device that required replacement parts and the use of a dedicated circuit to ensure the printer was getting adequate power. I understand that a percentage of machines have manufacturing defects but the problem has been that Graphics One and/or Joto Paper have taken outrageously long to respond to the issues.
We've had to pester them for help with little response. I even posted a polite but truthful review on the GraphicsOne website but it never saw the light of day. That's why I'm posting this on Google where presumably GO do not have control.
